Not Soo well

I would definitely recommend it. They helped us through the support line before we even arrived at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, Mr. Bchara welcomed us with a smiling face. We thank him very much for him helpfulness, interest and smiling face. The location of the hotel is very good. You can easily visit the city on foot or by taxi. Our room was spotless. The breakfast was very good. We will stay here again on our next trip to Beirut.

Housekeeping stole some of my belongings like my neckles and bracelet. Confronted the manager about it and his response was that is impossible. 20 mins later they tell me that they found it in a vacuum cleaner lol. No apology or anything, they said it was my fault somehow. Besides the reception being snobby. The service and staff being slow and disrespectful. Don’t waste your time or money find a different hotel.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean.amazing sea view Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful(special Bechara). That impressed me the most

Very friendly staff! The rooms are good and clean, fine location in hamra, close to everything, a bit traffic for the car though.

Everything was amazing, and the staff I met while staying there made me feel so welcomed! Special mention to Bchara Knio, who was helpful and friendly throughout our whole stay! He helped me with matters that were not even related to the trip! Highly recommend 🤍 greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷 🇱🇧

Great place, great host. Bchara was amazing. The bathroom was not the cleanest though. But overall a great place to stay

A good place in hamra...don't be surprised if you meet nurses it is a suites too for the staffs of American university of Beirut Medical Center. Good at all level price start from 185 000 for a night. Good hospitlity

My family & I (we were a big group) stayed at this hotel for a few days & we were treated like royalty. Everyone was so kind, helpful & hardworking. I highly recommend staying here , you won’t have to think about a thing. Thanks again to the wonder team !
