I had breakfast only. Rich buffet, clean, organized. Indoor and out door seating areas. Nice and relaxing atmosphere.

I’ve booked this hotel based on its good reviews on Booking and I’m going to provide my review here too. Great hotel with very kind and nice staff. Our room was upgraded to the executive suite which was so nice of them to do. I asked for a high floor just to not hear the cars pass by because it’s an active area with many shops and restaurants around. The receptionist assured me that I wasn’t going to hear anything and he was right. We spent 3 lovely quiet nights in our room. Super clean and cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious! The rooftop bar was so good. I’d definitely book at Royal Tulip again in my future trips.

The rooms were spacious, clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, very friendly and makes customers feel welcome. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The atmosphere and sevice were exceptional as well. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

I hate to say this about my people and my country.. but no one seems to know what they are doing in this hotel expect how to make customers pay more.. If they see you calling from abroad you get a different room rate.. Every minute they give you a different rate for the room.. The rate I got was triple the Price of what a colleague payed though she booked few weeks before when the dollar exchange rate was even higher.. When booking and inquiring about breakfast, they said breakfast is for 10 dollars.. Second time breakfast is included in the rate.. Then when I said I don’t need breakfast so will you remove the 10 dollar, they said no it s part of the offer so I said fine keep the breakfast.. but when I reached the hotel and went for breakfast they didn’t allow me to have breakfast without paying.. I know what is happening in the country is a mess but the way they re dealing with customers at this hotel is a double messier.. I arrived to the hotel and got to discover that I have only one night booked, though I was sure that the booking was for 3 nights and I have the price they asked for for 3 nights.. I was lucky enough that someone else cancelled his booking so I got the room for 3 nights or else they wanted me to checkout the next day as the hotel was full.. overall a disappointing experience which I hope I won’t have to repeat any time soon.

We booked 2 executive rooms 8th floor at the Royal Tulip Achrafieh hotel for 5 nights. Everyone works there is wonderful and professional. The hotel lives up to its star ranking.

Not the best for the price! The bathroom when it is used will wet the whole floor, one of the receptionists talks a lot and does not seem professional in his work! The design of the rooms is very boring.. the breakfast buffet is very poor, the only thing I liked about this hotel is the outside view!

We visited the Royal Tulip Spa, and I'll focus solely on the spa experience as I haven't tried the hotel itself. We opted for the couples massage full package, which included a full-body massage, hot stones, hot towels, 15 minutes in the jacuzzi, 15 minutes in the sauna, and a body scrub. Priced at $190, it's reasonable, and you have the option to swap the scrub for extra massage time. The staff is friendly and accommodating; I requested a last-minute reservation change, and they happily accommodated it. The masseuses are highly skilled, providing a thorough and enjoyable massage. They provide towels, bathrobes, slippers, and shorts, so there's no need to bring anything with you. While the massage stood out as the highlight, the jacuzzi, sauna, and scrub didn't offer a particularly must-try experience in my opinion. Overall, I recommend this spa.

Location is good, but where did they get the 5 starts no clue. Rooms are ok, bathroom is ok. Pool is ok. And the pizza we order for room service was the worst food we had in the whole trip in Lebanon. Best part about the stay was talking to Samer every morning before my walk.

Good place for trainings and accommodation, Royal tulip is located in the heart of beirut and can access to any where you want. The service was great and the staff are helpful and always ready to provide support.

I stayed at Royal Tulip Achrafieh hotel in an executive room for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, near from everything walking distance. The best thing about it is the cleanliness, the rooms are very clean and tidly. The staff are very friendly and professional specially the front desk staff! Although the pool is small, but the view from the rooftop was breathtaking. Every Wednesday they surve beer and wings festival which was very nice. I recomed all of my friends and family to stay at Royal Tulip when visiting beirut.

As someone coming from dubai, I’m very picky when it comes to hotels. Understanding that Lebanon has an issue with electricity etc are things are personally I did not want to deal with. The pictures were exactly as in person. The rooms are larger which is amazing ! This hotel was located in the perfect location maximum 5 dollars away from the main areas such as zaytouna bay, Hamra and downtown. They were so kind to upgrade us on arrival to executive where the room was massive and felt very comfortable. I was able to use my blow dryer and all with no issues at all. The electricity would only go off once a day for 5 seconds then come back straight on. I honestly didn’t feel it. The staff was amazing, the roof top at night had the most breath taking view. I felt safe and very comfortable and ever since I came back home I have been recommending my friends to stay here when they go to Beirut. I will definitely return to this hotel. For what you get and the cost is fantastic.

We had a perfect stay with my mom! The staff team is super nice - special thanks to Oussama, Hussein, Samer, Sara and Cendrella who kindly helped us organize our schedule. We highly recommend this hotel and we will come back with great pleasure. Also we were upgraded and our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the view at the rooftop bar and swimming-pool is stunning! Thank you.

Wonderful Hotel in Ashrafiyeh. Great hospitality and great service. They have beautiful rooms with a city view. Their breakfast is really good, they have international and lebanese breakfasts. You can also do massage in the Spa "Eden Spa". I really enjoyed my stay.

So poor hotel no service no clean no towls no toilet papers no shower aminities Not recomended at all it should be 1* even electricity cut every 5 minutes i will never come here again or my friends or family to take shower you have to call reciption 5 times and wait 1 hour for responding they send 1 towel for 2 persons - 1 very small soap for 2 persons when we asked how will take shower without aminities they said enough for 2 people 😷😷 Any of my friends or family be away from royal tulip hotel or you will loose your holiday

It is a good hotel to stay in but not sure about the 5 stars. Rooms are small, food is average, pool is small and staff is good. They can do much better for a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is nice and wide.

An absolute disgrace to call this place a 4 star hotel. We arrived to the hotel and were nicely accommodated by the staff to our rooms, however this was evidently a one time occasion. On the second night we did not have enough towels as we were 3 in the room and called several times asking for towels and did not receive any the entire time. The following day we tried the breakfast and it was an absolute abomination of Lebanese food. The labneh tasted old, the haloum was extremely salty and the foul was simply not edible. Somehow, things got worse the following evening. We left our room at around 10 am ( left a note that we would like 3 extra towels) and came back at 7:30. To our surprise the room was not even cleaned. Horrible service and even worse food. Would not recommend. The only aspect that was slightly good was the fact that it was relatively a cheap stay.

Extremely poor experience: 1) Walls have mould 2) Asked to check-out at 12:00 sharp 3) Room service cleans room every other day, if not every 3 days 4) Bed sheets are not cleaned daily

They didn’t send a car to the airport to pick me up as advertised and then refused to pay for the taxi that I had to take from the airport to get to the hotel. They took money from my pocket when my shirt went for ironing. And they made a big deal about paying for food on the spot when I ordered something instead of just putting it on the room tab like any other hotel would. Not recommended.

Employees are poorly aware of anything, very bad customer service, breakfast very limited not worth 120000

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in the world. The staff is extremely kind and nice including Mr.Samir, they make your day better, Mr.Samir, the bell man, is the funniest and kindest guy I've ever met. The rooms are perfect, the beds are extremely comfy, the showers are very nice and the view from the rooftop is stunning! So I rate this hotel 5 stars out of 5, because it really deserves this rating. For tourists that want to explore Beirut and Achrafieh more precisely, this is the perfect spot! I wish y'all best of luck! 😁👍🏻
