Quite a horrible experience to say the least. The bed sheets have many stains which cannot be ignored, the refrigerator wasn't working, the bathroom is considerably outdated (without a proper door). Honestly, for in/around the same price you can find a room of better quality elsewhere. Also, for a few hours there was no functioning water; and when it finally came it was noticeably brown. The only plus may be the location, otherwise, I highly advise you to look elsewhere if cleanliness is high on your priority list.

worst hotel i've ever seen. even only one night here was very hard. corridor and rooms were very timeworn and smell very bad. couldnt use shower because its door was broken I didnt even call help because it was already very very small to use for any person over 70 kg. check out time was 12.00 and I was planning to sleep to 11.30, because I needed it. at 09.30, my door was punched very hard. it was like some enemy trying to enter. firstly, I didnt want to open, because I needed to sleep but they didnt give up. I opened the door and there was a girl and boy hotel staffs. the girl one said something in Arabic. I said I dont know arabic then they turned around and started walking. I said "WHY YOU WAKED ME UP???" with an angry voice and they spoke arabic again. I tried to sleep maybe 1 more hour but the hotels telephone didnt keep quiet after 11.00. it was very horrible experience and there was always some shouts in hotel, like people fighting (maybe it was). as a summary: sleep at streets but dont come here

Old and crummy. Breakfast was not up to standards. Wished I stayed somewhere else more welcoming as the price was average and not cheap. Never staying there again.

Horrible experience. The room is too small, the bathrooms are rotten. No shower curtains. They give you one soap and a few bottles of shampoo. Very not clean. Don’t give you toothbrushes. Breakfast is very limited yet expensive. Do not recommend!!

Great spot, fancy rooms and a reason to spend days and nights in the hotel. Great and friendly staff that is ready to assist you, not to forget the availability of alcohol, beverages and tasty food. A place recommended.

It's a little bit better than hostels, I didn't like it, we waited about 6 hours after checking in to get an additional bed, after that we got a bad one, the water was not clean, the room key card, loses it's magnet in a very short time, so we should change it every time we go out, the breakfast was too bad and almost just 3 dishes and some vegetables, the only good thing is the location of the hotel near Al Hamra St. (Apr, 2019)

They refused to cancel my reservation and charged me for 5 nights. The policy on expedia states that after 24 hours of the reservation, I will be charged for the first night only when I cancel. Instead, they charged for 5 nights.

It needs a half star!!! I can't believe how bad it is. Room 301 has had cockroaches in the trash and around the fridge!! The water is salty! I have never seen worth, and I am pretty sure tht I won't.
