Very decent hotel with great location and nice staff. Rooms are clean & comfortable.

A very clean, modern style hotel in a very prime location in central Saifi Village, Beirut. You can find many high-end and luxury retail stores just minutes away walking distance in “Beirut Souks”. This hotel is ideal for business trips as it is also located next to a lot of banks and multinational businesses. It’s a mid-sized hotel with 10 floors and 6 suites on each floor. The hotel also features a gym, spa, residential living, and a high quality restaurant known as “Society”, which is very fairly priced and has a splendid collection of wine.

Location is great and hotel is nice. Need some small touch ups in the rooms but everything was clean and the rooms are equipped to stay for a long time cabinets space cooking equipment ect. Valet parking 🅿️

Nice Hotel in a very good location however, few points to be considered thi I gave them 5 stars based on the Hotel Staff and Management performance, very wise and active manager down to earth, I would say that about the whole team, they have a wonderful way of handling any mistake offering their guest they most convenient solutions within and above their capacity. Value for money based on the Lebanese market a bit overpriced based on the Middle Eastern market. Over all food to stay there.

Hello Travelers to Beirut, Please be aware of staying in this hotel! I stayed there from 9/4/2019 to 12/4/2019. They stole my money from my room while I was in breakfast and I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on. I had to actually go and inform the management and after investigation; they found out who stole the money which was someone who worked there and told me that they fired him and gave me back my money which I was not sure of the exact amount to be honest as it was a certain amount (not the whole cash; for it not to be noticeable) taken from my bag in the room....and that was their compensation for what happened..... The next day we saw that person who stole in the reception area saying hi to people and smiling as if nothing has happened!!!! So! is this like a theft mafia place or what?? The things that I liked about this hotel were: its location,the breakfast was very good and the people who work in the restaurant are extremely helpful and the rooms were very spacious. Please TAKECARE everyone....

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is super good. The staff are professional and very pleasant to deal with.

Last min booking as I was let down by my host at Airbnb nice place but on the expensive side please note if you are from the uk contact your bank as they block payments via debit cards I had to pay cash

This hotel was amazing, and in a great location. Staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Room was large, clean, and quiet with your own balcony. Room service was great as the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely go back. Thank you!

Great location. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly and nice. The valet parking staff were very polite. I will definitely come back and stay there.

The rooms are fine, the location is great but the service is downright terrible. Nowhere near 4-star quality. Reservations is slow to respond so it's better to book through third parties.

The hotel is beautiful, but the service was a letdown, especially housekeeping. You can smell cigarette smoke through ventilation, which is horrible for nonsmokers. Overall, it's a nice hotel, and the reception team was amazing.

A great hotel in the middle of beirut, where you can walk from one side towards Gemayze until mar mkhayel where all the pubs and the restaurants are or you can walk towards the sea and Hamra street. Very neat and clean and the staff are so nice and professional.

Nice hotel in a good area in the center of Beirut. Breakfast is ok, rooms are comfortable, service very good. It's just above the strip of bars and restaurants. There is a daily room cleaning. The rooms also have a balcony which is good for a hotel. Also, the rooms are very spacious and they have all amenities. The entrance of the hotel is really nice and it feels like a 5 star hotel.

Good experience! I got the room on the 11th floor (last floor) with a big terrace. Only comment is the smell of food/cooking on the corridor of the 11th floor, which wasn't present in other floors when i went down to check.

Came for a wonderful buffet breakfast. Splendid staff and service. Delicious sweet pastries, something usually hard to find in Lebanon. Also well located, minutes from Gouraud Street, close to downtown, 15min walk from fancy neighborhood of Achrafieh/Tabaris. We did not stay at the hotel so I can't judge of the quality of the rooms or accommodation though.

Rooms are excellent, spacious clean and the facilities are great. Location is very good, near the town centre and many excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is below average, no labelling on any dish. Staff serving the breakfast are really unwelcoming, they even don’t reply if you say thanks. Really strange to the beirut traditions. I will never come back to this place for the service… really sorry

Location wise, the cleanliness, and the Saifi Suite team are all above excellent. The rooms are slightly cramped (lots of length no width) but the suites are very spacious, however, all rooms require maintenance such as the bathrooms and other minor aspects of the room here and there that would have otherwise made the experience much more enjoyable.

Stayed here with a small group. Great hotel! We stayed in a junior suite which was well laid out although a little cramped. Great decor - felt very cozy and less hotel-like which was nice! Gemmayze is far enough from all the noise where you won't be up all night, but close enough so you can wall there. Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at in Lebanon.
