A very nice boutique hotel with fair prices. Hotel Etoile is just footsteps away from Beirut Souks which is notorious for luxury shops and upscale restaurants. Etoile is located in a prime location in downtown Beirut close to many businesses and retail stores. It is not a big hotel but has very spacious rooms and many options. They also have a friendly staff. However no gym and spa.

The hotel looks much nicer online than it actually is when you arrive. The location is a great spot being in the Parliament . The rooms are very old and have issues. We rented four rooms and three of the four had issues. Mine - I could not use any of the electrical sockets. The hair dryer did not work. Room 2 - they had bugs Room 3 - the ceiling was leaking from the air conditioner. Room 4 - nothing wrong with it. In the hall on floor one you had to be VERY careful because the ceiling was leaking with a slow stream of water from the air conditioner. The hotel did not empty the buckets. We were very disappointed in the overall quality of the hotel. I would suggest staying at a different hotel.

Good hotel near the city center but in restricted area due to perlemant security nearby.

Very convenient for the family with children. Good value for money. Perfectly located.
