I have stayed with this hotel multiple times. The first was before the economic crisis got worse, it was not a bad experience. The second time was in June 2021. The room was not clean, room service was not available, I could not even purchase a bottle of water. I currently tried to reserve and the individual in charge of reservations tried to con me out of an extra 20$+VAT, saying that the price on their website changes but the higher rate that she is giving me over the phone is stable, essentially trying to take more money for absolutely no reason. They are always understaffed and service is absolutely trash. Would not recommend this to anyone. What a bunch of thieves.

I'm currently staying at this hotel and I would recommend you not tocome! Much better places at more affordable prices. I'd give this hotel a 0 if it was possible. So here's everything wrong : - staying with my girlfriend, we're both working and rely on our devices. Apparently only 3 devices can be connected! Called front desk for a solution and they told me sorry they can't do anything! Imagine we are in the 21st century at a "respectable hotel" and they can't even provide us with internet for our devices! Can't even have both our phones and laptops connected to the network! Unacceptable.. - rooms smelled very bad when coming but they are nice rooms atleast.. - air conditioner barely works, I'm sweating despite the ac being on for hours and at the coldest temperature with the fan at the highest speed -bar and restaurant look like a airport rest area ( bartender was very nice, friendly and accommodating - the hotel pamphlets are full of mistakes, basically seems like management team doesn't take the time to review what they put in every single room or they just don't speak a work of English ( I'd be extremely embarrassed if I was them) - lights in the living room table are dirty I could continue with the things that so far have made this a unpleasant experience but i think this is is enough and hopefully someone will take all this into consideration and try to make this hotel the great place it once was...

The entry card never works. Internet is cut continuously. The breakfast with little variety and lazy service. You have to tell them to come clean. The reception staff rarely greets. We wanted to check out and not only did not answer NO, but the receptionists answered a call leaving us standing in the middle of conversation. The coffee for the confectionery should be ordered and it takes 20 '. It took 20 minutes for the Check out. There are much better places to stay. And I can continue giving details ...

Worst hotel stay i had ever. I think it should be a 2 stars and not 4 stars. Compared to other 4 stars in beirut (ZUR, Smallville for ex)--> Spend the same money and stay in these other hotels for sure. People are friendly. People are super proactive and helpful and typically lebanese. In this one: - A/C not maintained and spits black dust. - A/C super loud. (And it should be on because if it is not, the cigarette smell that is already there, becomes multiplied) - Rooms smell like cigarette smoke (the carpet, the curtains, the whole room smell like second hand smoke)- super super disturbing. and on top of that, they cover the smell with this super strong perfume so it ends up perfume + smoke smell. I quite literally slept (or tried to sleep) with the balcony door open (in a 4 star hotel) since the smell was unbearable at night. - Customer service is below par. Super money centric and not customer centric. The only good things is the location, the clean bed sheet. Highly not reco

I've known this place for a very long time. Very nice and clean room, includes a balcony. The rooms are comfortable and have everything needed. My only issues were that there isn't enough natural light in the room since the windows are a little small, but I know this is a personal preference. Also the faucets haven't been recalcified for a while so the water splatters everywhere and the tub will take hours to fill. Other than that it was nice and clean and very professional front desk and concierge. For business purposes I think it is quite good.

This hotel is great. Rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and freebies. The sound insulation is great. You won’t be bothered by any street noise. The hotel location is also great. It’s a few minutes from downtown and surrounded by great restaurants. There’s a big pharmacy a few steps away. The breakfast is basic but delicious. The ONLY issue I had was with the detergent they used for the sheets. Is is heavily fragranced and that bothered me quite a bit. I actually ended up stripping the sheets off and locking them in the closet so I could sleep and breathe properly. Otherwise, top notch hotel and reasonably priced too.

Not sure why so many negative reviews, I think it's a very nice "apartment-hotel"/suite concept. Good views if you get a higher floor.

Unmotivated staff, cheap rooms barely upgraded, greedy team, and too expensive for what you get. Never again

I stayed in this hotel long time back, and honestly the prices are exaggerated. It is an average place for a very high price. You can get much better value for money elsewhere.

Good service and pricing for the service and location. It is more like furnished apartment feel than a hotel.

A great hotel for someone coming for business, but also a good choice if you're back tourist. The room is designed in a way that allows space. It comes with a small kitchen and utensils. The bathroom was somewhat smaller than id like it to be. The staff is truly helpful and you get free access to the spa under it (indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym) It's an affordable, clean, well located and modern place. Highly recommended

I highly recommend this hotel, very clean, good insulation and well located! I was impressed by the service from Tatiana in the reception and George in the bar & restaurant. Very kind, helpful and always smiling! Thank you!

The suite is nice and big, location is peaceful. Breakfast average But the gym is well equiped and really makes the hotel worth it Plus indoor swimming pool My favourite in Beirut so far

Very nice hotel giving you access to free Jacuzzi and swimming pool without informing you ahead of time! So basically you book and go there and at the front desk you are informed that you can enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi, but naturally you wouldn't have a swimming suit prepared for the occasion. Could it be done on purpose to stop guests from free visiting GSPA, all the while obtaining stars for a service that you cannot benefit for?

We really enjoyed our stay. The Hotel is well located in the Ashrafiye area of Beirut. Rooms are very clean, staff is proffessional and the services are fast and accurate. Nothing negative to say really they deserve the grade I already put for them.

Less than stellar experience checking in. Room wasn't ready, so headed out to grab some food. Only to come back and be told that the room I paid for wasn't available and was given an alternative. It stank of smoke and had 2 single beds instead of a queen. Not happy. Staff could have easily let me know this at check-in. Did get a better (smelling) room eventually. But not the best first impression. Staff were polite if cold. Didn't try the food at the hotel. Beds are incredibly soft. The location is excellent. Walking distance to so many great areas and sights in Beirut.

    - Bad attention to customers - AC situation is dire + images look like new but in reality a lot of maintenance needed - Cig Smoke smell is super super strong + perfume to cover the cigarette smell makes it worse. No value for money

Extremely Disappointing Hotel Stay - Avoid Park Tower Suites My recent stay at Park Tower Suites was nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to the appalling service I received from the receptionist, Tatiana. I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience in the hope that the hotel's senior management takes note and addresses these issues promptly. Here are the numerous problems I encountered during my stay: 1. **Taxi Overcharge:** Upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that I was overcharged by $11 for a taxi ride that should have cost only $4 (and Tatiana attempted to charge even more when it was time to settle the final invoice. Please see the below points for more info). This is an unacceptable level of deceit. 2. **Receptionist's Attitude:** Tatiana consistently exhibited a terrible attitude throughout my stay, often rolling her eyes and displaying an unprofessional demeanor. This kind of behavior is completely unwarranted in a hospitality industry setting. 3. **Toilet Paper and Tissues:** I made four separate calls to request toilet paper and tissues, waiting for an hour and a half before finally receiving them. This level of negligence is inexcusable. We also asked for an extra pillow many times (which was needed for medical reasons) and she never provided us with it. 4. **In-Room and Taxi Service Rip-off:** I was charged an exorbitant $67.36 for in-room and taxi services, a significant overcharge of $39 beyond what was initially settled on September 27. It's alarming that such dishonest practices are taking place. 5. **Breakfast Information:** I was never informed about the availability or details of breakfast. This lack of communication is baffling. 6. **Pool Closure:** The hotel falsely advertised a pool, but when we asked Tatiana, she told us that it had been closed for maintenance the entire summer. There was no indication or signage to support this claim, and it is a clear case of false advertising. 7. **Room Booking and Balcony:** I specifically booked a room with a balcony, but I was not provided with what I had reserved. Additionally, despite the apparent vacancy of the hotel, I was unable to secure twin beds as requested. This felt like a deliberate oversight. It is important to note that all of these issues were directly attributed to Tatiana, the receptionist with whom I interacted exclusively. Had it not been for her abysmal service, my stay could have been significantly more pleasant. Regrettably, I have no intention of returning to Park Tower Suites during my next trip to Lebanon. I sincerely hope that the hotel's senior management takes immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure a more positive experience for future guests.
