You never know who is the employee (no uniforms or dress code), attitude is very bad , their service is soo limited and tine consuming.

I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or people I care about, my friend was there and it was a bad experience, the receptionist was not good at all.

Very nice hotel, the staff are nice and do a good job on all of their providing services, the hotel is situated in a nice area so that’s nice, The room I went to was medium size which is plenty for me and my dad so that’s good, the reception was helpful, in the morning the guy that was there was nice and funny, and at night my dad wasn’t feeling good so a women at the reception lead me and my dad to the nearest pharmacy and then hours later my dad was good. (I only stayed one night) I would recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel , I don't recommend you to visit , salty water in baths , so dirty rooms, breakfast is open poufea but little variety and quantity of foods

I was there since a while but i liked a lot and I'm excited to stay there again and again. The hotel's location is great near Hamra st. And it has a good value

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, this hotel is totally underestimated. There was nothing that they didn’t take care of. From Rental Cars to Room Service. The reception is very nice and helpful. The stay is extraordinary comfortable, I can only recommend it. Good staff is hard to find. Whatever it was they took care of it in minutes, my personal favorite.

Outstanding experience, very very friendly staff, I got upgrade to a huge beautiful master suite for 2 days. Great location, close to everything. Highly recommended, definitely I'm coming go back here on my next stay in Beirut.

Good place and beiuty

To be honest, I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or people I care about after this experience! I work at a place near the hotel and I pass in front of it daily and return back at the same time, and there would be a group of guys sitting outside. Recently, one of those gentlemen or even more can’t stop flirting every time i pass in a low tone so that only I can hear, not to mention the looks they give and the silence that happens, making the situation even more awkward. This is unacceptable for a known hotel to allow such things to happen and at the entrance of the hotel, unless the management wants to ruin its reputation which i highly doubt!! I hope this message is well received to avoid any future actions or misunderstandings!
