I have stayed at this hotel 3 times over the last year, each time for over a week and the service of all of the staff was incredible. The front desk staff are very kind and incredibly helpful. In the evenings Wissam Al Awar takes very good care of all of the guests. The restaurant staff is so kind and will prepare any kind of meal you ask for. The location is great, being so close to the rocks. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This Amazing Place is Very Recommended Specially the room that we took was very clean and their services was Excellent. Regarding the Breakfast Bouffé , it was very Rich with all ingredients needed .Also it was Delicious. I really recommend everyone to try Ramada Plaza Hotel.

I stayed 2 nights in Ramada, the hotel is amazing, great service, great breakfast and dinner. There was a swimming pool but I didn't check it at all. The location is great, just a few meters you are in the center. The hotel is expensive but it is worth.

The rooms are spacious Beds and pillows were so comfy Cleaning service is really good In the lobby reception there were 2 guys very helpful they even changed the one of our rooms and gave us 2 connecting rooms so we the 4 of us can stay together

Sadly this hotel doesn’t deserve a 5 stars! The service is so bad, the breakfast soo poor and bad quality. Always the same boring food, the bread taste old and always they put the same thing. The croissant taste so bad and the cakes look old. The cleaning service is a nightmare. They never clean the room in a proper way. So dirty and dusty ,I always need to complain to let them clean the room properly but still they dont do it well.for the price we are paying per day the service is so bad. The only good thing that i enjoyed was the pool, the life guard is so nice and helpful and the location near the corniche

Stay away from this hotel, rooms smell like trash, bathroom is nasty and dirty and the staff is really rude. I checked in after 10 mins i went to the front desk to get my money back they refused and forced me to stay a night with no refund. Rooms are dirty till the point i got eye infection, the bath tub is black from the dirt in it, you’ll feel so dirty just walking in the hotel. Stay away as much as you can because it has been the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The pictures will show how bad and dirty the hotel is, the doctor said the eye infection came from the dirt and the dust in the hotel, like the dust in the furniture is all over the room. They don’t even have soap in the restroom. This is a trap not a hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location. Your are near to the corniche and Rouche sea view. But strangely, the hotel itself has no sea view at all while the is nothing blocking the way between it and the sea! Simply, no windows nor balconies! Stranhe, right? Anyways, people working there have smiley faces and are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is below average. Nothing special about it. It is so clean and rooms are renovated or at least I did not notice any problem with furnitures. I’m using this hotel for the last 4 years every few months. And I would keep doing so.

The worst experience ever. The hotel is falling apart. Everything is broken in the room. You have to push the key room holder socket up amd down and push it a few times to get the electricity. The wallpapers are almost peeling off of the wall. The roomservicee was really bad. They wouldn't even clean the bathroom. We literally had no toilet rolls. We have asked the front desk several times about the issue, but we were not helped. I had an operation, and I have been specifically asking about the cleaning of the room, yet we had an issue every day. Two nights in a row after we asked, they cleaned the room. The bedsheets weren't still changed. Do not expect any hygiene.

Worst hotel ever. Poor service. Poor hygiene. Less than poor quality of food.

The hotel staff are very professional and their behavior is very nice and kind, especially their help with us. I thank them very much for everything they do for my family and making my holiday a happy one.

Do not fool yourself nothing that this hotel is five star. The room service immediately destroyed my stomach not to mention just a waste of money. The rooms have walls that are paper thin, one neighbor I could hear brushing his teeth the other neighbor every word and sound that came from them. This hotel has not been updated since 1986. I travel to Beirut often, there are much much better places and for the same price if not cheaper.

it's great hotal the room is comfort and the location is so good its amazing place and clean the Break fast bouffet it was very Rich with a lot of ingredients we need and the tast off food was Amaizing we loved so much good job Ramada plaza

My husband and I really liked this hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception, always ready to help, thank you very much for the support in everything, Mr. Muhammad and your night assistant. Also, hello to all the restaurant staff, your food is always delicious, you makes me want to run to breakfast in the morning. A very big thank you to Chef Wessam Hamza - the food is not just delicious, it is incredibly tasty, and everything is always fresh, with an incredibly beautiful presentation. Also, thank you, Mrs. Chef, for was made manakish for us every morning - it's so super delicious that I already want to go back to Beirut to see you. In general, I want to say thank you very much - the hotel is great, the location is great, and I'm glad we stayed here. We will be back in Ramada Plazza and Beirut 🇱🇧💙

Went for a family vacation (8 people), i regret staying here. The location is bad, can not go walking in the streets because its not safe especially at night. Elevator waiting was 15min approximately, they have 4 elevators and only one of them works, we had this problem everyday. Room service didn’t renew the minibar which we asked for. The view was so bad. The wifi was the worst of all, breakfast wasn’t bad. It is clean and housekeeping was provided everyday.

Good location, but hotel is too old and not well Mentainance, rooms was not too clean.

Awful hotel. Awful service. Literally. -We booked 4 rooms/suites for a big family with kids. The receptionist confirmed our booking 2 days before checking, and once we got there, he said there’s no booking under our names! We spent 2hrs that night solving the problem not considering that we had kids & that it’s their fault to solve. -Room cleaning is bad. The pillow smelled like diapers. Carpet is cleaned with a wet towel not vacuumed! They don’t wash the mugs & don’t refill coffee/tea supplies, the cleaner says ‘call room service & they’ll do that for you!’. She only gives 2 bottles of water per day, but once she got a tip she said ‘I can give you as much as you want’! -Bathroom shower is same level as the rest of the bathroom. If you shower, you can’t use the restroom unless housekeeping comes to dry the floor. -I got flirting calls at 2AM! And when I asked the reception guy to track the last call he said it’s not possible! -Electricity goes off at least twice a day! -They put me in a Smoking Floor. Neighbors were too noisy. And they kept their doors open, and one man was walking in the corridor in the middle of the night in his underwear!! -Employees complained about doing multiple tasks that aren’t their responsibility. Management should hire extra temporary staff during season to be able to serve customers properly. That’s seriously bad!!!

Great Hotel, excellent service and very nice crew. always good to have a bath tub in your room! I only have one complain after taking a shower the bathroom becomes a swamp ! poor water drawing on bathroom floor. they should leave a floor wiper in the room.

We had our wedding at Ramada Plaza Rouche on July 14th and we stayed there for one night. To start with the room, it was soo clean and soo big that you can feel soo comfortable. The staff were soo friendly and helpful. We even sat on the balcony to have our coffee in the morning with a seaview. We had our breakfast in the room and it was soo delicious and it is more than enough portion for two persons. Simply I can say it was a night to remember.

Ramada Plaza hotel maintains high standards of services & the comfort & satisfaction of the customers are its first priority. Not to forget the chefs' rich menu, especially the executive chef, who dazzled me with his exquisite taste & perfect cleaning. I Wish all the staff, the best of luck & success along the way☺️.

We stayed here in July of this year, the hotel was nice, but one thing we really appreciated was breakfast time, we have kids and they are picking at times so we met with Chef Wisam, he was amazing, not only he took care of us but also our kids food liking, he treated us like and made us feel we are home truly, my kids always talking about how he took care of them and us also. He is professional and an amazing chef specially the variety of food he presented us, the breakfast time for us was an enjoyable one, we will come back to this hotel because of Chef Wisam. Overall experience was great 👍.
