Great Place , I appreciate that there is a no smoking arena espicially done right unlike other gaming lounges.

Hideous service, a man that doesnt work there, answered the phone, used the system to “reserve me a place”. And when me and my friends, that I encouraged to come try the experience there, there wasnt a single seat reserved, our names weren’t on the waiting list, there was a 1 hour wait that I didnt know of. The employees simply didnt care as if they wanted us to leave. Seriously the owners should do something about it, espacially about the guy the enters behind the desk and answers the phone.
