So I’ve come to this park now a little over 5 times now. Every time I visit Beirut. It would have received 5 stars for the actual playground and park itself. But, the management and the rules sour the experience. One year olds have an admission fee even if they’re not walking! For 6 people to go into the playground including a one year old it was $25. They are extremely strict about no drinks or food coming in from outside, yet they don’t have healthy options they sell on-site other than packaged snacks. One year old get hungry frequently. When we asked if we can feed the kids right outside the fence and come back in. They said we are required to repay the entrance fee! Can you believe that? So if I step for one second outside the park to feed the one year old a drink or snack I brought I have to pay $25 again. For this reason, I don’t know if we’ll ever go back. Was really not happy with the management, pricing, and rules. I honestly feel bad for Lebanese families who want to have a good time but a) cannot afford coming in, and b) have to deal with these rules. Basically completely unaccommodating if you or your child has any allergies, or sensory sensitivities, or other diverse needs with the policy of no food drinks, and no diverse healthy options available nor a chance to leave and come back to eat.

I really despise these people; I come from abroad and 200,000LL is still a lot per child. Add on it they don’t let you bring your own food or water and they only have junk food (far from our standard). We had to leave soon after as one of the kids was hungry and we wanted to give him some fruits (something healthy) Then the guy ran after me outside to tell me that they charged us 10,000LL for a small water bottle and it turned out they changed their price today to 15,000 (even after seeing us leaving half hour after we arrived). It’s too bad, it is a nice place: I feel bad for Lebanese kids

They didn’t allow my kid to enter the park with a milkshake though that they don’t sell the same one at their shop ! All what they said ‘he should drink fruity juice cuz milkshakes would lead him to vomit !! Who are you to judge or to know what’s good for him?! Long story short he started crying and for sure they are commercial people so they won’t care we left and he was upset ! Shame all that because you want to sell your products !!

These people need to be educated about the importance of healthy snacks for kids! They dont allow you to bring anything when they only sell chips and chocolate!

This is my kids’ favorite outdoor playground in Beirut. It’s spacious with a lot of options for their adventurous spirits! Only downside is you cannot take in any snacks and now the entrance is in dollars. 10$ per child accompanied by 1 adult

Worst customer experience ever they wouldn't let me get healthy fruit options for 2yr old kids claiming that we could either buy their garbage junk food or just leave. And overpriced entry ticket.

Owners think they can treat people as they want. The only place i know that charges the parents as well. Plus they don't have healthy food choice and forbid you from taking your food with you.

The park is an excellent place for kids. The main problem is that it is too expansive and it is forbidden to enter with food or drink to buy from the shop inside that is so expansive . Also they request adtional fees for trampoline.

Such a nice place for kids really impressive!!However they have horrible attitude. So you pay 5000 per person and 10000 for kids at the entrance. Which is fine. They tell you you get a complimentary drink within the 5000. You go and ask for your drink, order coffee, and there you Go... you get it in a PLASTIC disposable cup, the one used for drinking. You ask for a replacement, and they tell you you have to pay 1000 for a carton cup.. i thought it was a joke..Coffee in a plastic cup thats boiling in your hands and you cant event hold it.. i asked for management and in fact she was serious about it...because a carton cup is more EXPENSIVE and kept arguing about it.... Are you kidding me.. a carton cup costs 50 liras!! Please dont offer us drinks if thats how youll serve them..let us just buy our own drinks.

It's truly a nice place for both kids and parents. Large green space with an adapted and fun playground for all ages. My daughter is 3-years old and enjoys spending the afternoon there.

What others say about bad management and not allowing in or even offering healthy snacks inside is true. It is rather on the pricey side, but the playground is huge and includes a lot of play structures including a zipline and a sandpit. Tables and chairs are available for parents. The adult ticket includes a free beverage but could only be water or soda. The child ticket doesn't. Overall, it is a very nice playground for some outdoor time and running space.

if you want a brighter future for your children do not bring them here your family. Bad management people, expensive, not safety facilities, and only jink food available, bacause you cannot bring your healthy food inside.

The place is really nice and one can spend several hours with the kids in this playground. However, I didn't like it when the woman at the door search for food inside my purse. Although she's nice, but the action is violating ones personal space. Beside, they don't offer food in the kiosk, they only have biscuits and chocolates ...

Unfortunately I am boycotting yuppie park . Today I was attacked physically becoz I had a cup of coffee from outside .I got a burn secondary to the fact she ( the owner ) threw the coffee on me . Not to mention the horror my kids who were crying seeing such a behavior and before that seeing her shouting and trying to kick them out becoz of a simple cup of coffee with oat milk . We didn’t bring any water or snacks , I have never seen anything like that before in my life . The park is nice and adventurous but not safe , not enough maintenance , overpriced 10$ per kid , not to mention abscence of healthy snacks

It is a nice place well equipped for children. But price and policies are not acceptable . Even the staff here are not welcoming . The issue at the end is not with the staff as at the end they are just employees but rather with the Owner and his policies that they are trying to follow up , they refused to give any information about the owner of this place . It is not acceptable that we can’t enter a healthy food to the parc just because they have a shop there . Moreover how can we take fees on a baby who is 1 year old from few days and even she can’t walk or play plus she was not wearing even shoes .

Very disrespectful low class owner at the gate. Not to mention the dirty bathrooms and definitely not safe for kids under 3. I would not recommend!
