Worst service ever. Lots of promises and none was delivered. My German shepherd boarded on Friday afternoon. They assured us that we will receive daily pics and the dog will be taken care off. He will play with other dogs and a trained professional will take care of him. I informed them that we came from USA and it's the first time the dog is left in a kennel so he might face a separation anxiety. We even offered to stay for a bit longer so he gets used to them. The lady there said no need, we will take care of everything and will be given a bath on Sunday. Daily pics etc... On Friday, no pics and no answer on messages. Same for Saturday. In the afternoon she respond to our messages that the dog is not eating and he's been in his room since yesterday. She said he's growling at them so they left him there. We were 150km away. I told her that you assured us that I guys are well trained. U know how to deal with separation anxiety etc .. very unprofessional. I asked for a pic and a video. She promised us again and didn't deliver. No answer again. On Sunday I tried calling again and send messages. No answer. Called a second number for the Indian who works there. He said that he still didn't eat and he's scared to enter his room. The trained professional is an Indian person who really looked like he has no clue. But at least he was helpful. We cut our trip short and came to pick up the dog. Once we got there, the dog was so depressed. I have 3 dogs and always boarded my other 2 shepherds in USA, Canada and uk with no problem whatsoever. When you want to compare yourself to international kennels, maybe u need a staff that cares. Never again.

The best dog park in Lebanon! They have everything a dog might need (from indoor to outdoor playgrounds, toys, food, clothing, pool and weekly activities). The staff is very friendly and responsible.

This is the WORST place ever to leave your dog because they will give it back to you DEAD. My parents came to visit me in Dubai for 10 days so they left my pug there, trusting that he will be okay. They land in Beirut and they call my parents asking about the pick up time to prepare Harvey. As they reached Beirut at a late hour, they were supposed to pick him up the next day but they received a phone call saying Harvey is dead! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Knowing that Harvey is family and they didnt bother to take care of him with the trust we gave them. SHAME!!

Since the last time I was here, last year, I was surprised to find the amount of improvement that this place did. I especially appreciated the little seating area within the caged-areas; I could sit and get my work done while my dogs played. The woman working at the pet shop/reception was exceptional. Her service was very well-balanced. She wasn't pushy and she made me and my opinions feel valued as a customer. The men working with the dogs were great as well! They respected the distance that one of my stressed-dogs required. The only reason I'm giving this place a 4-star review instead of a 5-star one is because I saw an electric collar for negative-reinforcement bark training in the petshop. I cannot agree with a place that wants to make a profit over negative reinforcement and punishment.

Went for one day pass to let my dog run for a little bit with their dogs and my dog got sick with. Cough after they placed a sick beagle that they knew was sick with my dog and the rest playing

First time we go there even tho we heard of it before. Loved it and will make it our regular place for our Golden Retriever. Lots of place for them to run and interact with other doggies. They also have all other services (Grooming, Pet Shop, a Bar for hoomans, etc...)

The best dog place in Lebanon and in the Middle East, best concept as they have closed parks , dog pool, boarding , shower, petshop, daycare, dog park to unleash your dog to socialize, Dog Training and even a cafe bar dedicated for dog lovers where u can eat and drink !!!

We placed our dog twice, even if the prices became a bit high, it has spacious cages for the dog to move and not be in a small one. We'll send Lexi again if we have to.

staff are very friendly and our dog had a total blast olaying eith the other dogs. Dog palace also has many services for your pet such as, grooming, vacninations day-care and hotel.

I called asking for the pool, the one who answered told me to call in a couple of days, when I did she asked me to call later in the afternoon and when I did again she said she will call me back in an hour! But she didn't... And when I reached the place, I talked to a woman in the reception, she acted as if she had no idea she talked to me.. From the beginning say it's not available and it's over, be professional and care about your clients. I always use to leave my dog for daycare. But this time I stayed with him to play with other dogs... And there was no water in the bowls, I stayed for maximum 1 and half hour( our dogs were bored) and added water more than 5 times for the dogs. It's summer all of them were thirsty. I think dog palace is a good place but it needs more attention and care for the dogs, not just leave them alone without supervision.

Fast reliable service, if u wanna leave ur dog for a fun day specially in summer they can enjoy the pool with other doggies well separated if a dogs does not behave. For my experience, if u wanna travel its the best choice and the price is really good 👍 for bording its 4,5$ approximately. Staff very friendly. So highly recommend

A lot of happy dogs, little and big dogs, to visit, play with them or to adopt them. With 2 swimming pools inside to cool down at hot days. I love this place.

Hello, ive been there several times, i cant say that the place is good nor can i say that its completely bad. Yes i do agree that it lacks professionalism. One thing for sure is that i would definitly take my dog there to play or spend the day, but i would never board him there. The care isnt good enough, they definitly need more organization.... i wouldnt trust to leave him alone there. My dog loves to go there, and when we leave to go home, he cries all the way home. I would highly recommend the place if u want to take ur dog to play and run off-leash for a few hours (ofcourse under ur supervision) ur dog will have a blast, but unfortunately and to my disappointment i can't recommend boarding...the place has great potential , but it needs a LOT of improvement and organization.

The outdoor area is not bad but the cages where dogs are placed are not very clean and not confortable especially for big size dogs. A bit over priced for the service given .
