When you pay 25 dollars for adult entrance and 20 dollars for a child, you expect top service. I was very disappointed with my visit. 700,000 LL for two under average burgers and fries and three soft drinks is absolutely ridiculous. Two of the main slides were closed, again this is unacceptable. The remaining slides were very busy with zero coordination from staff. People were cutting in line. I expected much more from Watergate Aqua Park.

Went there on a weekday. We paid 25$ for each adult and kid. The place had an overload of 250 kids of a summer camp. Was a complete chaos. Some slides were not functional as we were told they no longer have enough floaties. The pools were extremely dirty, the bathroom was dirty and they told us poolside food needed an hour wait because they were serving the kids of the summer camp. So, we had lunch at the restaurant where food was below average for the price with cheap ingredients used. Never again!!

Too small and bad location for a water park, some slides were out of order, poorly maintained, $15 for watermelon, the waiter chased me in the pool to collect the bill so I had to drag my kid back out to go pay, u pay extra for losing the parking ticket and u can smell garbage walking around. Go to Waves for a better experience.

If i can put 0 or minus i wouldnt hesitate for a sec. Total rip off, 80% of the slides are closed and non suitable for small kids (less than 140 cm). The entrance is in $ so everything should be functional in my opinion. They close between 1 and 2 all the slides so that they rip you off at the cafeteria. Am still in schock of the service. I paid the price but never again. Such a bad experience and shame on you. 5 star hotel my a**!!! Will make sure this circulate to everyone elsewhere. Ya aybechum..

went to the slides via an invitation .. Was told enhance was like 35 US dollars or so.   Nice and clean but they have this height issue for some kids to use a certain slide.  So if your kid is younger than 8 years old but tall, he is blocked from entering some slides and that stops him or her from playing with his friends or cousins :((( this is not right and might cause kids to feel sad and guilty that they are tall!!! The second thing is that with such a high entrance fee and food is expensive too...  you are not even given a small locker!! That is an extra 15 dollars !!! Wow...  and if u want a cabin, I assume they said 35 dollars...  as if a chainsaw up and down.   At least give a locker for people to lock things away sigh such a high entrance fee. What I don't understand is that with such a place , full of kids ( 90% ) whyyyyyyyyy are you allowing " argheeleh "???? This is ridiculous.  You are sun tanning and the benches are close to each other and you have these people that are having the argheeleh few meters from where you and your kids are!!!  Sooooooo wrong... the smell is wrong, it is not safe cause kids run and they might fall over it and burn themselves etc... block these people that have no respect to other people's right for a smoke free area to a certain space away from kids and pools.

I wish to share today’s very bad experience. We went to water gate (le Royal hotel) and we were very disappointed by the disrespect of social distancing we witnessed while waiting in line to use the slides (and some of them are not even working! ). They seem to forget that corona is hitting again. No organization not to mention the smell of URINE and garbage everywhere and very bad maintenance of the place ! Very bad smell in the toilets as well. I was not expecting this in such a respectable hotel. Bad food too. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!!

To our shock, the service was below horrible. The slides' schedule was 1 hr each on ratotory basis. The line was endless and the floaters were less than half of what it used to be during high season. The lifeguards were hardly 18 years old and had no experience or maturity. Worst of all is that they charged us 25usd per adult for the horrible service. When we complained, the manager confidently said if you are not satisfied, leave!!! I am not sure how a five starhotel runs such disgraceful service under their name! Such a shame! Last time...

Very bad experience, half of the slides were closed. 2 slides were very dangerous one, the black hole, there wasn’t enough light inside very easy to fall on the stair. The second one the receiving pool wasn’t full with water we all get injured. Bad service and unsafe

Had a great time with the family. However, it would have been better if they had more rides.

Well maintained, nice exciting slopes. Food is average. And it is surrounded by ugly buildings. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

. Kids under 140 cm are litterally only allowed 2-3 slides. Many were closed. Kiddy pool is a joke, very tiny with no play area. I have a 3, 7 and a 10 year old. We were a bit disappointed. Would recommend going after 2 pm as slides close between 1-2 and there’s less crowd after 3.

Spent the day with 2 kids. Amazing place. Staff is soooo nice and professional , everybody made effort to make sure we are happy and enjoying our time. Great choice of employees. Strongly recommend this place. Prices are fair.

This place was a lot of fun! good food,and friendly staff. Tho I would recommend to go there with family,and friends. The kamikaze,twister,and the black hole were the most fun out of everything.

Very badly maintained, placed is very tired overall and needs a full clean up and general maintenance. Slides and grounds are worn out, several were out of order and not functional the day we visited, prices are extremely expensive. Lagoon restaurant had many staff inside chit chatting with no customers while 2 poor young guys left out to run and serve the full terrace for lunch by themselves as we watched them struggle...

Expect injuries.no maintenance My 13 years old son went with his friends this week and 3 kids out of 6 returned with injuries and swimsuits damaged. We thank God the swimsuits protected the boys from bigger injuries,i wonder what would have happened if we sent our daughters there.The slides seem to have no maintenace at all ,i called the reception to complain and the manager never called back . I am so sorry i recommended this place for the other parents, i thought this place would be different ,although the boys had relativelya good time ,the outcome was catastrophic.

We have spent many days at this place in the past years. This time was the worst. The place is badly maintained. Something hit our face in the black hole slide, it was scary and caused pain. The other slides (open top without inflatables) caused injuries on the back of my 11 yr old kid. Honestly, it is not worth the money paid. Maybe this is why it was not crowded today. Amongst all, food was good.
