If you're a seafood lover, you won't want to miss out on dining at Kelly’s. This hidden gem offers some of the freshest and most delicious seafood dishes I've ever tasted. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The décor is cosy, simple yet elegant, with nautical touches. But the real star of the show here is the food. Every dish is expertly prepared with the freshest ingredients available, and the flavors are simply divine. The service at Kelly’s is also top-notch. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a memorable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Kelly’s for anyone who appreciates good seafood. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable meal.

We recently visited this fish restaurant, and while the food was undoubtedly delicious, the behavior of the owners left a sour taste in our mouths. Let me start with the positives - the seafood dishes we ordered were all fresh and cooked to perfection. The flavors were well-balanced and the portions were generous. However, our positive experience was tarnished by the rude and dismissive behavior of the owners. From the moment we walked in, they seemed uninterested in making us feel welcome. They were short with us on whatever we asked and seemed annoyed having new customers. While the quality of the food was excellent, the owners' behavior left a bad taste in our mouths. It's disappointing to see such disregard for restoration basics. I would NOT recommend this place! There are many other excellent fish restaurants in the area.

A delicious fish restaurant in the heart of Beirut. I recommend making a reservation, because they seem to always be busy. It’s a small but quaint place, and the food is all so fresh. The staff are all attentive and friendly. I’d recommend trying the: • Fattouch • Traditional Hummus • Assorted White Fish • Fresh Grilled Fish + enjoy a glass of the Cloud 9 white wine. One of the items which was my least favorite was their version of ceviche (it was good, but I’ve tried better). You’ll enjoy the rest!

Delicious seafood restaurant in the heart of the city. You get to pick and choose the type of fish you’re interested in prior to sitting down. Fish is fresh and extremely good. Ordered a fresh Fatoush Salad which was superb. Meal goes well with wine. This is an amazing restaurant with great service.

Cool little fish spot with a trendy crowd and vibe. The place is tiny so expect to wait to be seated if you’re going at peak times. Service can be slow if it’s busy but the staff are professional and the fish is worth the wait. FYI, no international USD credit cards were being accepted as of August 2023, which is a bit annoying.

Best place in town for seafood. A small place with limited table seating serving an mazing selection of fresh seafood cooked to perfection. Booking is a must and if you really feel like seafood but could not get a table then they do take away! Their best sellers: the calamaris, the sashimi and the scallops!

If you want to have the best grilled fish in town go to Kelly’s. Order also Batata Harra

Great small fish restaurant where the owner actually does a lot of the fishing himself. We sat right next to the fish display and could not smell the fish which I believe is sign of freshness. Might be the best tablouleh in Beirut. Strangely they have a great selection of Japanese beer!! This is a small cozy place and very sought after so réserve way ahead.

Kelly’s is the best hole in the wall in Lebanon. If you’re fishing for a good seafood restaurant fish no further. Fresh seafood daily, from the Lebanese shores of the Mediterranean to your plate.

We had a bad experience. We did feel they overcharged us for the fish so please check prices before. In the end we got very less meat for the price we paid which was $35 for a 570gms of fish precooked. I don't reckon we got more than 250-300 grams of cooked fish. It dint even taste great and they charge extra for cooking although that is mentioned on the menu. What annoyed us was also that they did not bring back the change to the table and just kept it. We would have left a tip anyway but it is just courteous to bring back the change. Not much but the assumption of keeping the tip after a highly unsatisfying meal left a bad taste in our mouth. After being ripped off for the very mediocre fish the service was an icing on the disappointment cake. They did not even ask us if we enjoyed the food. Overhyped.

cozy - great fresh fish and seafood - friendly and welcoming atmosphere and team - - perfect cooking for fried or grilled fishes - good support & advice from owners for seafood selection and quantities - excellent service and timing for serving the various dishes - cool vibes and good synergy from all the team on the ground… LOVE THIS GROOVY SMALL PLACE that has far more character and charm than the much bigger ones… And it is Exquisitely Urban. Delicious food. Freshly fish, spiced grilled or fried (your choice) fish, to perfection. They have a new take on batata harra, where its quite crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have comfortable seating for dining. Steer away from the only couched table, it looks very cute but its not ideal for eating.

I thought that I wrote a review when I first visited & rated the wonderful flavours & freshness of the amazing food at Kelly's a couple of years ago 🙈 Obviously every time I visit, I'm so taken by the food that I forget to take pictures & post, Dont read more reviews, just go & enjoy the umami filled morsels Bon Appétit ♥️

I am an Italian who lives in Beirut, in my life I have always eaten fish, but in this place I can say to eat a good fish, excellent restaurant courteous waiters but above all the owner and an exquisite person, makes you feel at ease, for sure you will come back to eat, until now the BEST FISH RESTAURANT ON BEIRUT, WORD OF AN ITALIAN... Grazie

Nice fish restaurant in Badaro. Fish is very fresh, they are all the catch of the day. The shrimps were still moving their legs on the counter. We ordered a bunch of sharing plates, octopus, spicy fish, grilled fish and grilled calamari and everything was delicious. White wine to wash things down, sorbet and limoncello to top things. The service was very professional and fast, they helped us with the fish so we didnt have to split them ourselves. Definitely a place to remember and to try. Atmosphere was lively and the tables were all full. It is a small place but it makes it very cosy. The chairs on the balcony were not that comfy. A bit hard on the hind side :(

All of the fish we tried, sashimi, fried and grilled was fabulous! Moutabal and Fattoush were great. The service could have been better on arrival, we waited a long time to get drinks and it took the whole dinner to get water for the table. It's a small space so I wouldnt expect to wait for such things. Overall a very delicious evening.

Absolutely delicious fresh fish! Food was so good, we digged in and finished everything - no pictures were taken. A must try. Excellent service as well.

👍👍 Nice place with an interesting food menu and great drinks. I tried La Madre and Esperanza, both were good. The pain perdu was soooo good. Had a ceviche for the first time: fresh fish, nice sauce. More attention from the waiters would have been appreciated though. Overall, it’s a must visit place!
