Wow, a small intimate place with great service and food. The menu has a large selection of meat that is not your average Beirut meat. It is a little pricey for Lebanon but the food is amazing. The small live kitchen lets you see the preparation in front of you and the service is great. We had a selection of meats and burgers but even the salads are divine. The chocolate slab at the end was an unexpected surprise. A must visit in Beirut.

The decoration is amazing the food is excellent with fair price. The dry aged steak was on point so was the burger. My only complaint is about the sour dough that was still a bit raw and the sauce of the mushrooms was a bit salty. When I asked the waiter to give me a comment card so I can write down what needs improvements I was simply told to give the feedback directly. The answer was the oven was too hot. I am not expecting excuses for an answer but a we will try and improve thank you for your feedback. Staff can be a bit more professional.

Small restaurant in Downtown Beirut specializing in meat. Customers can sit on either one of the 2 shared central tables, or at the bar extending along the facade. Food was really good and tasty and personnel very friendly. The dark chocolate that was offerred at the end of the meal was delicious. Only drawback is the price tag which corresponds more to a fine dining steak house rather than the casual dining setting that the place has (around 150$ per couple sharing a burger and a steak without alcohol). Would probably opt for a fancier option rather than come back.

After all the hype, I had to go try the place. I ordered the burger which was very good but it’s was not that memorable. Honestly there are better burgers in Lebanon. Great service and staff.

I own a burger restaurant and I am very hard to please when it comes to burgers but their burger is one of the best I ever tried. The fries is also awesome and they serve you fresh baked bread. On top of that the interior is nice and the staff is very friendly. Better to have a reservation though if you do not want to sit on the bar. We didn’t have a reservation but they managed to find us a spot.

By far the best steak place in Lebanon. The skirt steak is marinated beautifully and buttery in the most delicious way. The fillet is tender and truly excellent. Highly recommend. Reserve ahead

Our freind told us we must come here and try meet. And I am so happy we did. It is very nice place, few tables, great salads and of course meat. Very tasty, you can feel different kind of source and spices in each bite. Very nice wine list.

If your a Meat lover🥩 its the place to be. Its in a small corner near beirut souks. The place is a bit small and dark , not the best atmosphere . Overpriced for what it serves but the food is good.

When you want to experience a real meat cut, you should try specialized places having an expertise. Skirt is a good place to taste and enjoy a prime beef meat with high standard and great quality. Portions are good. Prices are expensive but It worth a trial to enjoy a special meat cut.

We were there back in November. I'm surprised with the reviews criticising quality, good i didn't listen to them. The meat was great, taste and finishing. You are offerred 4 sauces which i didn't like and didn't even understand why lol. The mushroom appetizer is so special and tasty. After food, you're offered Callebaut chocolate in a plate - the chocolate is good but i didn't like the presentation. Staff & the Chef are the nicest. I love it when staff is professional & fun. They price in USD like the "1500-era" prices lol which makes them overpriced nowadays. Maybe it's justified as the place is very small. But anyway, given its kind of private location and ambiance, i highly recommend it for a special or romantic occassion.

Now, let's talk about the food. Every single item we ordered from the menu was nothing short of exquisite. The ribeye steak, in particular, was a revelation. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I would also recommend the portobello mushroom platter. To describe it as heavenly would be an understatement. The mushrooms were prepared with such finesse, combining flavors and textures that will tantalize your taste buds. And as if that wasn't enough, Skirt has one more trick up its sleeve. At the end of your meal, they present you with a massive board of chocolate. The staff even hinted that many customers return just for the chocolate, but after this meal, I'm convinced I'll be coming back for everything.

Amazing place but with an important security caveat: do not leave your car outside the restaurant as it is a highly insecure area. We had dinner last night and our car as well as another belonging to a group sitting next to us were targeted by a gang who stole all the exterior mirrors. For such an expensive place the restaurant should contract a valet service otherwise next time you go, you will end up with a bill for the food and a much higher one for the side mirrors. Take your car at your own risk!
