Delicious but way overpriced. Recently the quality dropped while prices went up. Salad made of local vegetables at the price of salmon poke. Discovered Salata in September and it was my fav place to order food from. But in a few months prices went up significantly. It was upsetting that owners decided to keep their usd profit (as it seems to me). I would understand expensive price for salmon and tuna options. But 65k liras for a salad made of local vegetables only - too overpriced. I stopped ordering recently for a reason that the quality has dropped. Fine, i have accepted that prices in their restaurant grew faster that in other places. But if price per salad in dollars remained the same, why the quality dropped? My fav salad was with qinoa and parmesan cheese. Last 3 times i ordered that salad, there barely was any cheese. Why? If their price in usd remained the same, why the quality got affected? After several disappointing experiences i have stopped ordering. For 65-85 k you can get a several sets of fresh sushi or poke bowl in other places (i will write reviews about them too). Why would i pay same money for a bowl of local vegetables? P.s.: i also liked to order their dressings before, but had to stop as well. They are too watery. 30k liras for 250 ml dressing that is like water so your salad leaves are drowning - not worth it.

First time here - the prices on the app are different than what we were charged. The salads are fine, but not fresh (e.g., avocados, "grilled" chicken). I communicated with the floor manager that my salad's grilled chicken is ice cold, chewy, and definitely not cooked off the grill as it does taste old. He was defensive and mentioned he will check with the chef, but never came back and left us without an explanation. Expected more for the price tag.

SALATA a healthy, elegant and sophisticated restaurant located at the heart of Beirut in downtown area. Loved the place a well deserved 5 stars tho our order got delayed because of a technical issue. the place provides a great atmosphere.with a positive energy. The food is wonderful you can smell and see the freshness of your order. Some people might argue that it is an expensive place, but it’s not I found the prices to be fair for what i am receiving from SALATA. And the menu is loaded with amazing and exquisite varieties highly recommend the salmon salad it’s a 10/10.I wish if there was a place in offers that offers SALATA’s experience i would have been a regular for them.

Maribel is amazing. She works at Salata. And we had the best salad I’ve had in the world and I’ve been to 133 countries. Definitely come here! The spring salad for vegans or wolverine salad for meat lovers is what we tried along with the cider. This is a Must when you come to Beirut

EPIC PLACE! Great quality of the really healthy food. Stuff friendly and speaks good English The choice of milk for coffee is amazing, (hey have coconut, almond, cow milk, full cream, oat milk), also the salads is great! The crackers are with clean ingredients and very tasty, too. As a nutritionist I really reccomend to visit this place for a complete and healthy lunch!

A newly open mini restaurant in downtown Beirut, offering a variety of delicious salads with fresh ingredients. Great option for a light lunch or dinner for those who are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Adding breakfast and light lunch/dinner choices or appetizers would be an advantage to this place.

I’m changing my lifestyle from fast food and unhealthy food, to salads and healthy habits. SALATA was the best place to go to for such a decision, everything is so clean, fresh, and unique. It really does make you feel that you love what you eat and encourages you to build healthy habits. Thank you SALATA for such an amazing community!

I regret to share my disappointing experience at Salata, where my companions and I unfortunately suffered from food poisoning after ordering the salmon rice bowl, Asian bowl, pink basil, and kiss the cherry. Shortly after consuming our meal, we experienced severe symptoms including nausea, stomach cramps, and vomiting. I would like to emphasize the importance of taking this feedback constructively in order to rectify the issues we encountered.

When you think about vegetables and a healthy meal. Salata is a good option to try. They have a variety of salad with different tastes and sauces. Ingredients are always fresh. Portions are very good.

I had dinner yesterday with my wife and two children. This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. My daughter found a living insect in her bowl. All of us had reflux after eating and we didn’t finish eating our plates. The food wasn’t fresh. The waiter was rude and literally unethical.

I ordered from this place yesterday through totters application one salad for lunch. The salad is for around 300,000 LBP. Ingredients were fresh except for: avocado not so good, and also the lettuce not so good. It comes with a sauce aside, I did not try it but seems good.

All i can say is a must tryyy!!! Yummmy!!
