it’s definitely not the regular “hop on hop off” you normally do if you travel to big cities: here, for Beirut, the bus starts the ride (ours was at 10.30 am) and then hop you off in 3 or 4 stations (Mim museum, National museum, Raouché rock, I love Beirut in Beirut Souks) it gives you enough time to explore while it waits for you to take the same group of people to the next destination (I don’t know if I have to call that a minus… ). Lebanon and its people -who are going through one of the toughest economical and financial crises since 4 years now, who survived one of the biggest non nuclear blasts (beirut port blast on august 4 2020) and passed through the covid pandemic like the rest of the world- are still fighting to revive the tourism, to introduce everyone to their culture and their heritage, to welcome everyone with big hearts, big smiles and unparalleled hospitality like the team of the bus did: “Simon” thank you for you care and super kindness, thank you for making sure we were comfortable, thank you for the cold bottle of water given to us with no extra charge in this hot April day and bravo for all the team of the bus. To be fair, the tour I took was good value for money. I went on the Aug 27 trip to Palm Island (but could not visit due to high winds) and Tripoli. There were perhaps 100 people visiting Palm Island at the time, but our boat company was ill equipped to handle the waves/rocky shore, so that was very disappointing. For example, they could have used a smaller boat or raft to ferry people to and from the island. The rest of the tour was quite disorganized and unprofessional, and we arrived back to Beirut about 2 hours late for no reason other than just poor planning / wasting time. If you are happy to just go with the flow and have no expectations for what happens or what you will see, then you could still enjoy a tour with this company, but this was the first and last time I engage this company.

I went a day trip with them to West Bekaa, the trip was well organized, and the places were perfectly selected. The guide karla was friendly and keen to make everyone comfortable. We had a tasty lunch as well. Recommended

Fantastic company. I was the only passenger and yet they still provided the full tour. I wanted to pay by card, the driver took me in his own car to their office as he didn’t have the card machine to take payment. At the office I was met by the rest of the team who were so lovely and welcoming. Even offered me a cup of Lebanese coffee. Then we proceeded with the city tour. Stopped at Pigeons Rick and the driver kindly took some photos of me with the amazing views. He even waited for me while I grabbed some food at a nearby cafe! As I joined the tour in the afternoon the ticket was still valid next day morning (24 hours ticket), when I visited the mineral museum for free (included in the price of the ticket). Really good value for money. Amazing company and amazing experience. Beirut has had its woes in the past but their wonderful and friendly people such as the people in this tour company make this place that extra special. Highly recommended.
