Very very bad hotel They are scammers When you asked about check out they bring an damaged torn towel and they accusation you for this damage and you have to pay for it

The rooms were good, but I was charged for things I didn't take from the refrigerator about 18 dollars, awful experience

Staff is so good,specially Nabeel. Location is great Room service is very tasty but a bit expensive . Tab water is salty that you taste it in your mouth that's the only thing I rate it so low. The room is big and clean

Good clean quiet with good access to attractions and public transport Price is fair for the service Need to improve the quality of breakfast

worst hotel and worst crew .. they charges us full night because we stayed 1 hour more .. and they didn't inform us about this issue .. will not back again ... don't reserve at this hotel .

I was visiting family in Beirut. I wanted a room that I could share with my elderly mother. I was so happy with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The employees were wonderful. They treated us with such kindness and respect. The location of the hotel was very centrally located, within walking minutes of the sea, and Starbucks. I will come back to this hotel on my often visits to Beirut. I will refer the King's Suite Hotel to family and friends. M. Temsah
