The hotel is very nice and the breakfast is very tidy. The location is a little far from the main streets in Beirut. The people are very friendly. Thank you from the heart❤️

I went there to attend an event in their Dubai hall The hotel's design is luxurious I was uncomfortable because of the yellow light The hall was amazing spacious During the event I wanted to pray I asked one of the staff, he answered me and guided me to the prayer room with a smile on his face.

Great location conveniently located. Combining luxury and shopping, with a great spa experience in their nationally renowned Elixir spa, and a mall where u can have a coffee with friends and family, to a business dinner in one of their international restaurants, to your last minute Christmas shopping in an atmosphere that makes you want to come back for more.

It was a beautiful experience. I love the lobby of the hotel, and the very nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly team members, and my biggest appreciation to Charbel in the restaurant who was extremely helpful and professional. Great job 🙌🏻

Nice place but the location might be an issue if you don’t have car. Good service and friendly staff. Rooms were clean but a bit dated. Overall, it was a good experience and the place is recommended.

I am currently staying here and am disappointed with this supposed 5-star hotel. The room itself is comfortable and has a nice view, but the temperature is a little warm and the thermostat giving you control is only an illusion and there's been an on and off buzzing sound in the room. Also, the wifi cuts out constantly. Services an amenities: they say you can get an outlet converter but I was told there is one in my room permanently connected by the coffee bar when I asked...false. Pool/sauna jacuzzi areas: the picture on the Hilton website is of the pool at the Hilton across the street! The pool at this hotel is small, right next to a road, and in the shade during the afternoon. Half the time I've walked by in the afternoon there are also no cushions and towels out at the pool (when there are, there were little dirty animal paw prints on them!). The women's changing area does have a steam room and sauna but neither are on, and the jacuzzi is cold. I understand it's expensive to keep these things running all the time but at a 5 star hotel I should not have to go ask them to turn it on an hour before I might want to use it. The biggest disappointment with all of this was probably the pool advertised on their website being so much different since we cannot use the pool across the street.

100% Lebanese five star hotel. Fantastic service and the whole crew from check in, breakfast, cigar bar and housekeeping was top-notch. Nothing you would ever see in the states. Wished the pool was not out of service, the building was better maintained and the spa allowed men and women. Location is not great for walking. However, if you’re planning to take taxis or have a car or a driver, It is good enough.

Had a wonderful stay, the hotel is well located, good amenities. The rooms are a little outdated but well put together and spacious, AC works well. Everyone we encountered was very helpful, notably james from the front desk as well as the two gentlemen who worked during breakfast ( apologies for forgetting their names).

We stayed for five nights and had a pleasant experience. The services, the breakfast buffet and the whole facility….very nice!

Turkish speaking Hassan eid and sarah fahda were great and helped us a lot for guidance. We will be back soon. Only room service was slow :(

The hotel is in a beautiful location. close to all attractions. The rooms have everything. the beds are very comfortable. You can watch the magnificent Beirut view from the window while sipping your coffee. everyone is very helpful. Dear Sara, Nadia, the breakfast team and the welcoming team were all perfect. especially Dear sara treated us like an older sister and made us feel at home. He helped us sincerely in everything during our stay, we loved him ♥️

It has the Hilton brand but the service and property is far from being a Hilton. Not good for the price. Many other better options

This hotel Italian restaurant Venezia gave me the best brunch i had ever had. Was a nice treat before i leave beirut. About that brunch which was a bit overpriced but so is all of Beirut which costed around 40 bucks included proper 4 course meal with an appetizer of classic bread hummus and olives followed by a great fresh salad with artichokes then a pasta seafood which i had never tasted more delicious and ending with a Tiramisu and along with a white wine glass which is local i guess but tasted pretty decent. I jave stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights with a spacious rooms with city view. Room service and cleanliness js not the best but it is acceptable. It has a good ballroom which we had a conference in with a good display area in front of it. It has an underground parking which was handy to gwt into the car when we were faced with a storm. The gym is small but efficient with sauna steem room and a jacuzzi.

Awful room (too old), the breakfast i got when I ordered room service was the left over-food from the buffet. The electricity went off at least Two times a day and there was barely anyone on the reception.

Rooms are well equipped, frig, blow dryer, coffee machine, we had suite with sitting area 2 baths. Need to have breakfast on 16th floor excellent seletion of Lebanese food and delicious. Highly recommend
