Unfortunately, really bad service and disappointing!!! We were a family of 4 they put only 2 sleepers in the room we asked for 2 more they asked for 10$ more ! Same happened with towel we asked for 1 more towel as they were only 3 towels and we were 4 persons they said not today wait for tomorrow to give you 1 more !!! Bad , disappointing the worst service ever !!

Lobby a bit dated. Great attentive staff. rooms ultra modern and newly renovated. Great central location if you want to stay away from downtown. shopping and cabs are nearby. English and french speaking staff.

Nice Hotel located in zalka and serrounded by the zalka market where a variety of stores and shops are at hand reach we had a meeting in one of the halls at the hotel followed by a drink and a small snack also. everything was good

We recently stayed at the Promenade Hotel and had a fantastic experience. We had a very clean, spacious and modern room. The AC was always on and we had free wifi. Having all of the comforts of home was very important to us. If you are visiting from the U.S. and want to be centrally located and want clean and affordable accommodations this hotel is a great option. The staff are very nice and helpful too.

A decent place with good value for your money. You can have you lunch in-house and an occasional dip in the pool but what matters more is the convenient location.

Large rooms, quiet hotel. Breakfast so so. Wifi OK. Helpful personnel. The area is away from the center and it is difficult to move around except using taxi all the time.

Nicely renovated modern, large rooms, but too many flaws. Balcony door doesn't close fully and Lebanese drivers love to honk their horns constantly, so noise is a major issue. Wifi is horrendous, although it's an issue in the entire country., but seriously, one device per guest? And it constantly drops, so you have to sign in over and over again. Never tried the breakfast. Lobby outdated. Pool was ok.
