nice hotel, made us an early check in without extra charge. The room is spacious, cleaned twice a day. At first they forgot to put one more set of accessories, but apologized and within 10 minutes brought. Friendly staff, breakfasts are always the same. The problems were with the shower, constantly stood a lot of water, it was necessary to wipe.

Furniture very old and need to be replaced very soon . no facilities such as lobby the hotel is very small with one elevator. The only thing good is that the staff are friendly othern than this all are bad and less the expectations.

Great location. Very close to the seaside, where you find the famous pigeon rocks. With walking distance to the heart of Hamra, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafes. The room (we had a executive suite room 606) was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom is very small, but practical. Unfortunately there is no balcony, which we had expected. the bed is horrendous, the mattress is worn out and not comfortable at all. The breakfast is fine but simple.

One of the best Beirut hotels with its new management in terms of service and reception, and the prices are very suitable. I recommend visiting it

After 2 days here I don't have any good comment to make! Only the staff was polite but still, we were waiting 20 minutes to bring just a bottle of water in the room.. 55$ per night way too expensive for what it is.. the real value of this room is no more that 35$ per night.. Also far from downtown

I dont know how is this a 4 star rated hotel!!!! I would be generous and rate it 3 stars because of the location. The furniture is a bit smelly and feels old. No toiletry and very basic breakfast - never stayed in a 3 star hotel but I would assume this fits the criteria.

There are lots of posatives regarding this hotel. The price is cheap, our room was big, the general location is good and the staff friendly. There are some areas that could do with improving like the breakfast and the furnishings and decoration of the rooms which are old and worn. The views from the rooms aren't great either. Overall if your looking for a cheap hotel in Beruit and won't be spending a lot of time in your room then it is fine.

professional staff.The staff was friendly caring and provided us with a great and fast service. i had an upgrade on the spot after suggesting a bigger room.Rooms are very clean and well structured, especially the same genre of room 701( not sure what was the type of room after the upgrade). Free big parking/safe. the kitchinette and bathrooms are good.

Good value for money. Safe, quiet and central location near to some of the main hot spots. Mosbah at the reception was very helpful and polite.

I am very disapointed really! On my arrival rates were higher , when I booked total for 5 nights was 121$,but i had to pay 175$, telling me it was high season!! I made 2 complains and promised to be put in contact with management ... never happened!!! On website , breakfast was included while there was not!!... Corona !! Service is very slow, they don’t change towels unless requested more than one time?? Bathroom was leaking water and moisture is very present in shower cabinet!! I really do not recommend this hotel at all!! I will never come back to this hotel!!!
