We ate in Alsahah: 1. food is good not that goos 2. mashewe are fresh 3. prices are high 4. sweets are delecious. 5. service is somehow slow.

It's really a 5 stars hotel with so many benefits and services in hotel and room. Plus the restaurant is near to you and an amazing swimming pool with gym to workout and a spa to relax. All room are great and many differents style for rooms and for sure a sweet for marriage. I think one of best in lebanon and the price not so expensive. Good place to visit and sleep a night on it.

Food is not bad, but at the same time not special. Crowded and loud all the time, the outdoor area is nice for kids, but it requires more professional management when it comes to staff presentations and quality of service. A lot of traffic around the restaurant and in the area, but there is a parking next to the entrance.

Very amiable atmosphere, with very good prices. The food was very pleasant, and the rooms and facilities were outstanding- beds were very comfortable, space was small, but the decoration not only in the room, but throughout the hotel, made up for it. The staff were quite friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend to all my friends.

Absolutely disgusting service. I booked the royal suite (biggest room) 1.5 weeks in advance via an online website Agoda and received confirmation email and check in details. I drove 1.5 hours in the heat to head to the hotel. Got there just before check in and was dealing with a worker called Nancy. Upon arrival she advised my booking wasn’t on the system and they had to search my name to find the booking, she then said the room is unavailable due to “Air con not working”. She tried to down sell me smaller rooms which I did not want as we were a big group and wanted a large suite. 1 of the workers without knowing advised us the room was occupied by other people so I was lied too. Nancy would not acknowledge their error and lack of communication. Before leaving I was advised the booking will Be cancelled without any fees as it was not my fault. I then receive an email from Agoda advising the hotel contacted them and advised them I did not show and therefore I will be charged. It’s a massive headache and has been really stressful. Staff are not helpful when something goes wrong even though it’s their error. Nancy kept ignoring our questions and tried to downplay saying “I don’t wanna give you a room where the air con is not working to review a 1 star review” even thou I had booked this Over a week in advance. I will never recommend this hotel. The hotel Resturant was bad too, waiters were rude, it was hot and food was not good. I stayed at Lancaster plaza in the Rouche which was absolutely beautiful and amazing service for the same price

Clean great place good pricing. Great breakfast buffet. Nothing fancy. Basic rooms does the job for the price. Great service

The staff are nice but not all of them , there response to answers is a bit slow . The rooms are great but can get better and reach perfection . Wifi is fine , its price for a night is fine . Some stuff there doesn't work , some stuff need to be renewed . Otherwise , it was good for a business trip.

I've spent two nights. The service was very good and the room was so comfortable. Though it's 4 stars hotel the cost is not too much. The breakfast was good, healthy and diverse.

This place is absolutely stunning the atmosphere here is just incredible the food was brilliant but one thing to note during Ramadan the pool is closed during the day time so I would recommend going late at night men and women cannot go in the pool at the same time and everyone here smokes so if you're asthmatic I would not recommend eating here

Hotel has beautiful architecture. But that where it ends. It probably the worst customer service I have experienced. We stayed for two night, we could never find juice at breakfast. The room power switch kept tripping. I think if they improve the customer service this will become a great hotel.

The Hotel has an amazing architecture, an authentic vintage Lebanese decorative pieces are all over the place, from lanterns to cooking tools.. it truly has a unique magical ambience.. however the food and service definitely need a great deal of improvement!! .. evenings in the outdoor seating are the best ones for family and friends gatherings

Where do I start...This hotel is seriously disgusting everything is horrible from the staff to the rooms.We had to change rooms due to being placed near smoke chimneys from the restaurant bellow, the smoke got so out of hand to the point that the windows where fogging up and the room became stuffy and due to the weather still being a little cold the only air conditioning option they had was heat. When we first arrived we had apparently booked the same hotel that is located elsewhere the staff where being horribly rude and weren’t very understanding at the fact that this had been a mistake from them due to both hotels having the same name same location online. The bathrooms where insanely small and claustrophobic the rooms where very muggy and hot the breakfast accordingly starts at 7 although it is not fully ready till 8, they had 2 hot water bottles everyone and att their tea cups where different patterned, not enough variety and pastries, staff were extremely rude and unfriendly not helping enough and doing their jobs as expected I’ve stayed at multiple hotels worldwide and this has had to be one of the worse, no doubt. Everything was shocking definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and would never repeat this again. Very disappointed from everything.

Very poor service. the food at the breakfast buffet was either cold or expired, the room key burned out daily, and the staff was very rude at the front desk. The room was nice as was the view but the overall experience within 3 weeks was frustrating and not as expected from professionals. Disappointed.

Hotel was very nice. Cleaning ladies were very good at keeping the rooms very clean. My issue was when I decided to go the their gym to workout. I was not allowed to take my I Pod with me. And the last straw was when I asked to use their bathroom, the women working there were very rude, totally ignored me when I wanted to use their bathroom. I then said, you do not have washrooms? Finally a women who was going to the gym also showed me where the washrooms were. The women who worked there were not nice, they were rude, ignorant towards me. And they were very snobbish. I told my husband, we are never going there again. I was polite to them, showed them respect, but the women workers did not show respect in return. Never ever again.
