Absolutely
disgusting
service.
I
booked
the
royal
suite
(biggest
room)
1.5
weeks
in
advance
via
an
online
website
Agoda
and
received
confirmation
email
and
check
in
details.
I
drove
1.5
hours
in
the
heat
to
head
to
the
hotel.
Got
there
just
before
check
in
and
was
dealing
with
a
worker
called
Nancy.
Upon
arrival
she
advised
my
booking
wasn’t
on
the
system
and
they
had
to
search
my
name
to
find
the
booking,
she
then
said
the
room
is
unavailable
due
to
“Air
con
not
working”.
She
tried
to
down
sell
me
smaller
rooms
which
I
did
not
want
as
we
were
a
big
group
and
wanted
a
large
suite.
1
of
the
workers
without
knowing
advised
us
the
room
was
occupied
by
other
people
so
I
was
lied
too.
Nancy
would
not
acknowledge
their
error
and
lack
of
communication.
Before
leaving
I
was
advised
the
booking
will
Be
cancelled
without
any
fees
as
it
was
not
my
fault.
I
then
receive
an
email
from
Agoda
advising
the
hotel
contacted
them
and
advised
them
I
did
not
show
and
therefore
I
will
be
charged.
It’s
a
massive
headache
and
has
been
really
stressful.
Staff
are
not
helpful
when
something
goes
wrong
even
though
it’s
their
error.
Nancy
kept
ignoring
our
questions
and
tried
to
downplay
saying
“I
don’t
wanna
give
you
a
room
where
the
air
con
is
not
working
to
review
a
1
star
review”
even
thou
I
had
booked
this
Over
a
week
in
advance.
I
will
never
recommend
this
hotel.
The
hotel
Resturant
was
bad
too,
waiters
were
rude,
it
was
hot
and
food
was
not
good.
I
stayed
at
Lancaster
plaza
in
the
Rouche
which
was
absolutely
beautiful
and
amazing
service
for
the
same
price
