The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Clean and neat rooms. It has a very good location if you’re traveling on budget and want to get good deal at good location

Horrible. The room was very dirty and outdated, not to mention they wanted to charge extra for every little thing even coffee for the room. Staff was snobby and rude and the list goes on. Even for the $65 per night next time I'll pay double not to stay here.

Good for the price! Still, very old furniture from inside with a bit of dirt on everything. However, the reception girl (Ms. Faten) was very helpful and assisted me in many things. She knows a lot about the surrounding area. I give Ms. Faten 5 stars for her effort.

Second time I've stayed here now and experience on both occasions has been good. Service is attentive on the whole, rooms are a decent size, location is great and prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for a hotel in the heart of the City then this is one that you should definitely consider.

Stayed here before, the location is nice since its in the City. Walking distance from the Market and restaurants. My room that time was facing the street and the park so it was a nice view. The staffs are friendly and the room is clean, it's also very spacious. However at night since it's in the City you can hear the car (as if they are racing) 😅 outside and people talking or shouting. And the first night the side table lamp was broken, it was not busted but broken. Was working perfectly fine then it got broken all of a sudden, come next night it's the other table lamp 😅 i ask for replacement or to fix it since i cant sleep in total dark room but it seems like the plug is the problem🤦‍♀️ and i have to go to the toilet to charge my gadgets😅😅
