Nice location in el Hamra. Near to so many restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was fine but there was no variety. The options were Lebanese mna2ish, cheese, some bakery, eggs and vegetables.

The location is great but can you be noisy. The bathroom and the breakfast were good, the rooms need some renovation.

The best hotel

I slept hearing all night the elevator motor for like 1000 times. Receptipn and staff is good and welcoming. Breakfast was rich in variery and delicious. If it happens and you have to go ther, do not sleep on the 7th floor.

great location in the middle of el Hamra street. it is near everything you need ( supermarkets , restaurants , shopping stores ) The staff were so friendly . The room was clean. The breakfast and dinner were fine but there were little varieties. overall it was a pleasant stay & I recommend it

5 for location, price and friendly service 4 for Breakfast and wifi service 3.5 for cleanness The location is perfect and it is somehow not very old The furniture is not new but not old The room size is small but for price its perfect Friendly stuff and service quality is very good If you want a very quite room don't take the one on the street side nor beside the elevators The wifi and tv service is very good

Very nice location right in the center of hamra street. Friendly stuff and most of the speaking good english! The rooms were decent for short time stay! We asked for late check out and they kindly refused. They said until 3pm its half day extra. So better check your flights. They of course gladly accepted to save our luggages until we left for the airport! Very kind!

Positive - The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. - We had rented a Chevrolet Tahoe. There was hardly any parking on the street of the hotel. However, the staff let us park right in front of the hotel. I felt like a VIP ;-) - We had some frozen food items. The staff allowed us to use the refrigeration facilities in the hotel kitchen. - The Hotel is located at Jeanne D'Arc Street which is a side street of Al Hamra. - In general, the hotel staff is always helpful. If you have questions about activities and sightseeing, you should always ask at the reception first. Negative - There are hardly any parking facilities. - The breakfast was very slim. There was some to choose from, but not much. Unfortunately, the taste of the breakfast was not particularly good either. - The night lights on the beds in the room were defective. There was also a large light fixture that was also defective. - The room was very small. - The closet is barely enough for one person. - The carpet in the room was very old and dirty. - The ventilation in the bathroom worked at whim. - Some days the cleaning staff provided us with a foot towel, some days they did not. - Additional toilet paper had to be requested explicitly. - There was only one card for the room, although we were two people. Additional cards had to be at your own expense. - The electric lock of the room was constantly broken. - The battery of the remote control of the air conditioner was constantly empty.

It really good hotel. The location in el hamra best place for shopping. The breakfast was testy many kind of items. The room is big. The Wi-Fi is fast. The employees so smiley. Helpful. Always want help

the only good thing in this hotel is the location, other than that I do not recommend it at all and my experience with them is the worse I ever had, I booked Junior Suite with Balcony and they gave me a normal room and even after showing them my booking which clearly mentioned my room is a Junior Suite with Balcony they only said you can cancel your booking. For me I will never ever stay with them again or recommend it for anyone.
