Holiday Home is and was our choice since more than 20 years! It is clean. The staff and service people are very welcoming and helpful with a smile on their faces. The location is excellent, very pretty view, close to many interesting places. All in all, Holiday Home is great. We will recommend it to many of our friends.

First and foremost, the staff demonstrated a level of rudeness unseen in the hospitality industry. Incompetence and apathy were their defining traits. It seemed like they were intentionally trained in the art of indifference towards guests. Every tiny request was met with an eye roll, a heavy sigh, or worst of all, a completely neglected response. Clearly, customer satisfaction has no place in their vocabulary.

Ran by two fine gentlemen who made our stay very comfortable. Will stay again when I return to Lebanon. Rooms were good for working out of due to internet, lots of space and internet connection.
