This is the second time I visit this hotel and it will unfortunately be the last time. We were unsure the first time about our money being stolen, but here the second time we were in the hotel, we find out that the lady who cleans the hotel steals money. We talked to those in charge of the hotel down at the front desk, and they said they will talk to the manager the next day and they will make us happy. The next day nothing happens and they do nothing about the matter. unfortunately we didn't have more time because we where leaving the next day. The first time the cleaning lady stole $ 200 and the second time the same amount again. In addition to all that, we got a very small room just below their kitchen, so you couldn't sleep or relax, and all of their AC coolers were outside our windows, so you hear engine noise constantly and vibrations from the coolers could be felt when we slept. We asked if we could get another room without luck, even though the hotel was almost completely empty. you can smell that people smoke cigarettes throughout the hotel so you can constantly smell bad smoke and the same in their kitchen where you eat.

I and my mate Ifti stayed here for a week and found this place quite good. Our room was of a good size with good clean bathroom. Room was serviced daily and there was enough tea and coffee for us to enjoy. I didn't really like their 'cold breakfast' as there were no hot toasts, omelette and no fresh juice either. Never had any other meal here so can't comment on it. Staff were courteous and pleasant. Parking is very limited but staff try to assist the guests with their parking need.

It was more than my expectations in all aspects Site was near Hamra street and you can go to any area easily with any Taxi( just say serfeese) and the area that you want it (cost you only 2000 Lbp) Rooms was very clean and daily cleaning is done for it with all needed aminities Breakfast was delicious and you have many choices, so; choose breakfast included absolutely . Staff is polite and gentle and give all the help that you need. After all Orient prince hotel is the best choice for you if you need 5 star hotel service with the best price

One of the best hotels in beirut and mainly in lebanon due to the genuine behavior of the employees, friendly and helpful, the room was very tide and clean, the breakfast is on time always, i spent my vacation nicely, all this service and still cheapest than other hotels in beirut, i think this hotel is underrated, finally i will repeat it whenever i visit lebanon, cause i felt my self literally at home.

You feel comfort at your sleep. The shower and the bathroom is so clean. Breakfast is yummy 😋. There is no noise at the location. Electricity is 24 hrs. I like and recommend this hotel👍

Clean, cosy, beds are super comfortable, great place if you want to spend a couple of fun nights in Beirut because of its great location, and don't get me started on the delicious breakfast (Lebanese Food) ... definitely would do it again... everytime.

The hotel is so damaged, rooms have old furniture, I think it was not maintained for long time, weak Internet, cleaning is bad, I decided to move out to a cheaper and better quality.

The hotel is so damaged and old fashion. walls, ceiling, doors, bathroom, fittings are all in bad condition, furniture are old and damaged. I think the hotel has never been maintained for long time, cleaning is so poor.

It's a ok hotel with good beds. We only slept here and i will recomend it for those who will only sleep and rest some before they go out.We had bad wifi but they fixed that as soon as we let them know about it. Good service from almost everybody who worked there. Breakfast had good bread but the white cheese should have been stored cold. Otherwise we had an all over good experience at Orient hotel.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a breakfast buffet served every morning with plenty of items to choose. The location of the hotel is also great, with the shopping area and bars/restaurants in Harma very close by.

The hotel price per day is compatible with the superb location, breakfast and cleaning. There is everything you need around the hotel. I arrived some hours before my check-in time, but the staff struggled to fit me. The manager is very helpful. They say four stars, but in my opinion it's a three stars hotel.

From the website they said that this is a 4 star hotel, but in reality it seemed to be much less than that, it's small and doesn't have any facilities, not even hot water, and the view is not appealing at all, the only good part of it is that it's near Hamra.st, so if you're just looking for some place to sleep at, this is a good place for you.

Not bad not so good. The most important thing is location. You can move around very easy and you may order from out side to your room.
