It was obviously planned and designed as a nice hotel with lovely rooms. However, the poor and careless management caused rusted shower facilities, dirty kitchen and strong gross smell of the cigarettes from the ac. The mattresses were so poor that you cannot sleep, bedding was small that they have to use two separate sheets. Very bed experience!

Very Very Very BAD ! they kicked us out of the Hotel at 12 Midnight while knowing that our flight is at 5 in the morning ! they want to charge us one full night for only 3 Hours !! one only assumes a "supposedly" respected hotel can make a small exception for people having flights early in the morning ! one thing is for sure, i am not recommending anyone to go and stay at this "building" cuz calling them a hotel is just not right ! i think you guys could do way much better by opening a " Dekeneh " rather than a hotel

Very unfriendly staff, got a mixed up price and ended up with threats and room unavailability, very disappointing experience

It's such a fabulous hotel! Close to the main street, all restaurants are close to you, the coastal line is 2 min walking. Further, Jameel (the receptionist) is AMAZING guy and SUPER HELPFUL! Will always come from Canada to stay over here. My only mistake is I didn't bring the family with me; will absolutely do bring them next time. Chapeau!

Horrible experience. Very loud, there was a party in the next room at 4am woke me up. The beds are absolutely uncomfortable not hotel beds. I asked for a double bedroom the room was two single small beds. When I told the receptionist he was like just put the two beds together. I had booked for two nights and wanted to leave for the other night but they wouldn't give me a refund. Would highly not recommend.

Very nice and friendly staff, helpful and made us feel at home, prices are ok for quality of rooms, our room was spacious comfortable had a nice sea view. Housekeeping was bad not very clean, and internet was lousy at our room, however the lovely staff found us a solution.

Not recommended at all!! Worst customer service by far in Beirut.. would suit more families than couples as kids are screaming and crying all night.. when told to the management, instead of suggesting another room with less noise around they told us that we can leave and that they would give us back the rest of the money!! They were very rude from the start. Again pay a bit more and stay in a decent hotel!

It is surrounded by many hotels and within a walking distance from the beach, and Rauche rock. Some of the rooms you could actually see the sea from its windows. Very nice and friendly people, the day we checked out our flight was in the evening and they kept our luggage for us. Overall it is clean and the rooms have a kitchenette. The carpet needs cleaning or update but nothing that would affect your stay putting in consideration The economy crisis in Lebanon.

This hotel, definitely not 4 Star. Dirty. Carpets old, stained and crumbs in corners and under sofas. No tea/ Coffee. Or even water. Towels old and no foot towel.

Hotel is clean, wide rooms. Staff are very friendly. Rooms have microwave, kettle, small cookers & minibar but dont have safe in the room. Location is very good. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the sea and rawsheh rock. A small supermarket nearby.

The best service and best stuff. Big rooms and very good Street with not much sound, but near to everything in the heart of Beirut. And its better than burj Khalifa and 6 stars hotels
