First,
I’ll
start
with
the
positive
aspects.
IMAD
was
awesome
and
incredibly
talented.
The
opening
act
was
also
great.
However,
the
check-in
process
was
a
bit
challenging
due
to
seating
issues.
Fortunately,
they
handled
it
well
by
providing
us
with
a
free
upgrade
to
another
section.
Ordering
was
smooth,
the
appetizer
looked
and
tasted
good,
and
the
overall
vibes
were
fantastic.
Now,
I
need
to
address
the
only
problem
we
encountered
during
our
visit.
There
was
a
particular
security
staff
member
who
made
us
uncomfortable.
Initially,
he
was
physically
guiding
us
to
our
designated
area
and
raised
his
voice
unnecessarily,
even
though
there
was
only
a
20
cm
gap
between
us
and
the
people
in
front.
I
politely
informed
him
that
it
wasn’t
possible
for
us
to
get
any
closer,
and
he
didn’t
interact
with
us
further.
The
second
incident
occurred
at
the
end
of
the
show
when
I
was
taking
a
video
of
the
interior,
despite
there
being
no
performers
on
stage
and
the
venue
being
only
half
full.
He
approached
us
and
asked
me
to
delete
the
video.
I
complied,
but
he
continued
to
watch
me
delete
it,
not
giving
me
any
privacy
with
my
own
device
and
ask
me
to
delete
from
the
newest
delete
photo
and
still
watching.
While
I
respect
the
venue’s
rules,
I
couldn’t
understand
why
this
security
staff
member
was
so
strict
with
us,
especially
since
there
was
someone
else
filming
in
the
middle
of
the
show,
and
they
were
merely
asked
to
stop.
I
won’t
assume
his
motivations,
but
I
would
appreciate
it
if
the
management
could
address
this
behavior
to
ensure
a
more
welcoming
and
inclusive
atmosphere,
especially
considering
that
I
had
a
companion
wearing
a
hijab.
We
hope
for
a
quick
resolution
to
improve
the
overall
experience
for
all
visitors.
