DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! After 6 month of countless phone calls with this unprofessional travel agency we finally gave up and FILED A COMPLAINT TO THE POLICE to make them pay back 2 refundable tickets that we cancelled 6 month before! They take the airline refunds of their customers and keep the money!!!! Do not book with them!!!

The staff is professional and work to deliver the promise. They are pricier and don’t have tours unless you ask for them. They tailor to your needs however you can guarantee results. We had our honeymoon to Cubawith them and they made sure we would have everything Smooth. The staff is friendly and prompt with their communications. Truly a unique experience.

We have experienced recently a trip with wild discovery to Italy (Aug 2018) it was under expectations, with respect to customer service, follow up, coordination with local guides and hotel reservations. On top, we have claimed the details to the company, no response at all, which proved their zero customer care and ignorance to clients’ feedback. As a bottom line, its not recommended!

If you ever decide to cancel a package with them even before more than one month of departure, you ll loose half of the payments and you ll get refunded after 2 or 3 months that’s if the girl in charge of funding is not on leave. Eventually either you let it go OR you ll pay the refunding amount as phone bill.

As tourists in Beirut we wanted to have a tour of The Lebanese gems. Even though all the tours were booked they helped us get a driver who was very kind and professional. Great service, I recommend it to all tourists visiting Lebanon.

Unprofessional customer service. You have to call them multiple times to get an answer, and they never call back. Booked a full package, but the taxi who was going to take us back to the airport didn't show up, we ordered another one and paid for it. When we came back and called the agency but we didn't get an answer.
