Loved it ! One of the best escape the room you can play. It has an advantage over all the others: horror. Every few and then people will enter the room to scare you. The maps / rooms are very challenging and entertaining!! Been there twice so far and I would do it again ! It has 4 maps in total. Maps are modified once a year. I strongly recommend it :) on my second time my team and I broke the record !

Very commercial and built for failure. Tried 3 of their rooms. The riddles are difficult but not smart difficult. Only difficult to acquire and execute as there is no clear journey to the experience. The hints are not personalized as you might receive a hint of something you've already known just because you're at a specific phase. Most riddles are also only time consuming and the time limit and hints aren't enough to finish any room. Very commercial and not enjoyable. The horror is not bad though.

More expensive than most of the escape rooms in lebanon, missing pieces of the puzzles, broken items, rude employees, made to repeat more than one time, just to make more money. These games are made for people to have fun however this place only cares about making money. Its such a shame since they can be much better.

We were 8 people playing this game two times in two different rooms. Its a nice setup, it is scary and the game is fun. BUT the service is literally trash. Many things where broken, and it is impossible to make it in 1 hour. The guy at the reception didn’t even smile once and was kinda a unprofessional as a receptionist. They started the time before we even started the game and one of the locks where broken so it took us 5 minutes to open which also wasted our time. They just put you in the room with almost no explanations how to do the game and just expect that we start asap. I have read a lot of the feedback and unfortunately i see a lot people with same experience as we had. So I wonder why no one is doing anything about it. Seems like a money machine to me…

The room we played was ok.. the games not bad.. although there are a few things we didn’t really get. I was however personally bothered with a couple of things that should be more or less a standard practice in escape rooms, having played more than 50 rooms myself… 1- there was no briefing about the room, and no story told before we went inside (we were told: “it’s like in the movie…”) 2- The TV on which the timer is displayed and on which hints are shared was turned off for the first 10-15 mn… although we screamed many times saying that it was off and we couldn’t see anything on it.. 3- There was a game (with instructions on it) that was cancelled due to the pandemic, but we knew it was cancelled after we spent around 10 minutes figuring out how to play it until we were told that it was not part of the room… 4- Not one extra minute was given to us after we were out of time, despite the fact that we had lost a lot of time (on the cancelled game and the screen) at the beginning.. 5- We were allowed 3 hints.. after we used them all, we asked for a 4th one. Our request was rejected.. I mean people are there to have fun, not to sit an exam!!! 6- When we asked how the game ends and how to solve the rest of the riddles, we were bluntly told: “we cannot tell you!” Not one room I played all over the globe had such an attitude! It’s the right for players to know how the game ends… 7- We were not asked to take any group photo after the game ended. It’s a pity to have experienced this because obviously the place has a lot of potential, and is supposed to be very attractive to Escape Room lovers…

I have no idea why we can't respond to the owner review but here we go another account added, what I care more about is not the rules, but the way in which the person addressed me over the phone. And honestly, an increase in price would be more logical than obliging people to add a third or yet pay for the place of a third non existent person !!! In all cases worst place ever :)

I called to reserve a place for two people, and made it clear that we are two foreigners and have no third to join. i told the guy that we played last year and we were two only, but he insisted that we should be three to play. i explained the situation again, to then have him tell me that if we wish to be two people, we should pay for a third person even if no one was to join. I HUNG UP THE PHONE ON HIM this makes no sense to me, at all! What a customer service!! THIS IS LEBANON UNFORTUNATELY TAKING PPL MONEY HAHA SO FUNNY

One of the best escape the room experiences I've ever had. But the only con is that the riddles require way more time than the given one, they may pause the time during the actors' entry.. but overall highly recommended!

It was a fun experience -one of the greatest actually- that you can enjoy in Beirut but only if we could have or at least watch the footage

The owner is especially kind and a decent guy all around, the staff and reception could use a pick me up and a lesson on how to work in the service industry. the concept is alright but has nothing to do with the actual experience. Having said that would sincerely rather be doing anything else.

The one-hour activity time was insufficient, and the staff's unprofessional behavior, especially the person assisting us during the game, was rude and disrespectful. He even resorted to shouting (literally betheso jeye yodorbak), which made us feel a little disheartened and uncomfortable. It is crucial for the management to closely monitor their staff, as we were not the only group that experienced such issues.

It was fun and all but the customer service was a 0, staff not friendly at all and the man who was on the reception was the rudest human being on earth, we were 10 mins late and thats because we weren’t able to find a parking spot and was raining heavily and he was so rude about it, just a smile, being nice and understanding doesn’t hurt anyone. Or find the right way to approach to people while dealing with a problem. And it’s not like we did anything wrong or we disrespected in any way, we were so cool about it even with all the rudeness we faced.

it was really fun and a very nice experience the only thing that i would be really glad if they do modify it is the number of hints. 3 hints isn’t enough i think that 5 hints would be more fair and wouldn’t hurt anyone! but overall it was really nice and the rooms fit the theme they’re assigned to really well!

The staff is amazing, the games are thrilling, and the puzzles are challenging. I truly enjoyed it. For those seeking horror, I have tried the ring and the conjuring they were great!! I recommend this place for groups who want to have a good time.
