It does what it says on the tin. An ice cream place that does various flavors and does the typical show. Compared to the other Cold stone’s I have visited in other parts of the world a little underwhelming. If you just want ice cream you can go there but the place itself looks a little neglected and could do with some reorganizing. The people behind the counters do what the need to in order to get the job done. Service could be better.

I tried the cone with chocolate chip mint and a Oreo on top and I gotta say I don't regret it it tastes super good next time when it's my cheat I'll be sure to try a more normally good flavour from there

The only reason i didnt give this place a five is that their chocolate icecream didnt live up to the standards. Ive had this coldstone in numerous locations worldwide, but for some reason when i tried their chocolate icecream in lebanon it had a taste of ice. I was disappointed since this is my favourite icecream franchise

The inside is really good,it has a lot of Air conditioners so that the ice cream doesn’t melt,I would recommend bubble gum and mint because personally they are my favorites,the service is fast and the staff are polite and helpful the price is really good

This is one of the best ice cream and creamery shops in Lebanon nowadays. Since Häagen-Dazs closed shops. COLD STONE is the best there is. Good products acceptable prices. Just need to work on the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Enjoy

The ice cream is good but you could get better for a way lower price. It’s a bit overpriced for what you’re getting. The worker was also really dry and not energetic and didn’t put that much effort when it came to serving us.

Great ice cream and service! Everything was great! The employees were very nice. Overall, highly recommend for unique ice creams!

Lovely staff and great ice cream

Shakes or ice cream they are so delicious so many recipes . you can do your own mix for both shakes and ice cream or take their mixes. The staffs there are so friendly and helpful, when tip them they sing a song it's so funny. My favourite flavours are salted caramel, cake batter and brownies fudge batter. The location is good , and the atmosphere is cozy .

The ice cream is tasty but the 2 x ladies there are unfortunately not very friendly, I believe they need some training about what Customer service is about...

Great place and delicious ice cream!

This is the most delicious ice cream I have ever tasted. It is very tasty, tender and I like it very much. in the picture I chose flavors : cheesecake and salted caramel , with dope : strawberry , brownie and Desgive pie crust . I liked it very much. my rating is 10/10 RECOMMEND

Pinch of love: ain't nobody gonna touch our icecreams🌝 specially if it comes in a waffle. Definitely delicious and tasty. A must try!

We went to Cold Stone Creamery at the Mall in Lebanon after seeing a lot of ads on this ice cream shop. We were really disappointed by the service, the servers didn’t even know how to prepare the ice creams. We left because of the poor service and the ice cream were completely melted even before they were served to us. I wouldn’t recommend this shop at all.
