Visiting Falougha after a snow storm is another story to tell. The cedar trees were covered with white sitting at the edge of the valley where the villages down below look tiny. Sunset view towards Mdayrij Bridge is a must see. Parking spots are not available however, one can park at the roadside.

Location of where the first lebanese flag was raised. Inlcudes cedar trees, some old army canons and the large flag pole. Great pit stop if your traveling between Beirut and the Bekaa.

A nice place to visit and take some photos but it's always closed. You need to talk to the Municipality of falougha in order to send someone to open the gate for you.

Quiet area with beautiful forested areas. Gates may be locked so best to check before arriving or wall along chainlink fence to enter.

Work has been done to clean , monitor and protect the podium but more should be done to make this beautiful site known to every one.
