    Very bad in terms of warranty (at least for laptops). We bought an expensive gaming laptop in December 2019. In the end of 2020, a weird sound was coming out from the fan. So most probably it is some mechanical failure of the GPU fan. Also, the microphone was not so clear for some reason. We sent the laptop with warranty to check and fix these issues, however, we got a report back that there are no problems! I mean, we can easily reproduce all the issue so how can this makes sense? Unfortunately, the warranty expired (only 1 year). I think they just didn't bother to open the laptop and do the required checks.

    Very bad experience. Got a fridge without gas. Waited a week to exchange it, and that happened after more than a twenty calls and four visits to talk with the customer service. I don't advice to buy from abed Tahan. All the people that I know talked about a bad story that happened to them or heard about one.

    A great store for home appliances and electronics with a variety of products from electronics to household products . In my opinion it's the best ib town. The service is very good as well as the products . They refuse to open the box and give it to the customer to open it to make sure it's sealed . Their products are high quality products and their warranty is very good . Highly recommended

    Horrible aftersales and inexistent customer care! This company does not honor warranties on new items. Presented a defective item for repair 6 months ago, the employee informs me after that they have ordered the replacement part and that it will take 2 months (end of March) to reach Lebanon. However no feedback until mid May when I call them to learn that they won't be able to repair and won't be able to exchange with an equivalent product and didn't even bother to call earlier. Instead, they propose to refund their customers in LBP value paid almost 1 year ago, knowing that you paid the Market rate at the time of purchase and they are planning to return you 60% of the material value due to their own failure to honor warranty repairs. Since there is no manager to handle customer complaints, you can keep the money and your defective product.

    They sent me appliances from the showroom and wrote on the receipts that it was with my consent and that was false. Veeeery bad service

    This shop keeps improving overtime, a very competitive player in the market..I have an issue with prices though..I need to check with other competitors to get a reasonable price the get back to this store to negotiate their overpriced value...

    The worst customer service ever they steal you and the service center very bad too I have a recorded calls and videos for improvement never try them and mainly for there brand super cheif the worst brand ever nothing work

    Higher end appliances available here than other retailers. Prices are moderate to high. Service is very good. Staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products. There were some good in-store promotions if you need major appliances. Ask about any ‘bundle’ offers.

    I purchased a dryer that would result in a terrible smell after each use. Several technicians checked it and they could not fix it. They did not give me a refund and even worse refused to allow me to exchange it with another appliance. This is literally robbery. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

    Bought some electrical goods amongst them a chargeable vacuum cleaner , that was pre charged since it’s new , after it ran down about 4 days after , I tried charging it but it never charged , went to them , they said I didn’t plug it well , then I went back after even holding the unit firm on the charger for 30 minutes but still no charge . I went to them , they then tell me , sorry it’s been more than 7 days we can’t replace it , we will send it to our maintenance department when I pleaded to just replace the charger !!!! which I also feel was wrong and a compromise , because they sold me a defective product , it didn’t get bad while being used !!! After a week I go back ( now 2 weeks wasted ), and they tell me they will replace the charger . And I need to take the charger from a store and go to another store and pick the item it self up !!! I am already disgusted with the product and the service , I don’t trust it and I’m very glad I was able to establish the type of vendor you are with such an item . I don’t want the product anymore and won’t pick it . I’ve wasted a lot of time on it . You can have it , you won , you are a very good and smart retailer , and I envy the people you have taking such decisions , when you had an opportunity to at least pretend you care about your customers well being . 🙏 .
