Bought
some
electrical
goods
amongst
them
a
chargeable
vacuum
cleaner
,
that
was
pre
charged
since
it’s
new
,
after
it
ran
down
about
4
days
after
,
I
tried
charging
it
but
it
never
charged
,
went
to
them
,
they
said
I
didn’t
plug
it
well
,
then
I
went
back
after
even
holding
the
unit
firm
on
the
charger
for
30
minutes
but
still
no
charge
.
I
went
to
them
,
they
then
tell
me
,
sorry
it’s
been
more
than
7
days
we
can’t
replace
it
,
we
will
send
it
to
our
maintenance
department
when
I
pleaded
to
just
replace
the
charger
!!!!
which
I
also
feel
was
wrong
and
a
compromise
,
because
they
sold
me
a
defective
product
,
it
didn’t
get
bad
while
being
used
!!!
After
a
week
I
go
back
(
now
2
weeks
wasted
),
and
they
tell
me
they
will
replace
the
charger
.
And
I
need
to
take
the
charger
from
a
store
and
go
to
another
store
and
pick
the
item
it
self
up
!!!
I
am
already
disgusted
with
the
product
and
the
service
,
I
don’t
trust
it
and
I’m
very
glad
I
was
able
to
establish
the
type
of
vendor
you
are
with
such
an
item
.
I
don’t
want
the
product
anymore
and
won’t
pick
it
.
I’ve
wasted
a
lot
of
time
on
it
.
You
can
have
it
,
you
won
,
you
are
a
very
good
and
smart
retailer
,
and
I
envy
the
people
you
have
taking
such
decisions
,
when
you
had
an
opportunity
to
at
least
pretend
you
care
about
your
customers
well
being
.
