Located at the top of the four seasons hotel, Level 26 boasts a beautiful scenery and its atmosphere radiates of chill vibes. The whole setting and overall design of the place has a luxurious aura that's sure to impress newcomers. However, the place isn't without faults. Despite reserving a sunset view seat beforehand, management decided that our reservation doesn't provide a table overseeing the sunset, and guided us to another table wall side. The seats are adequate as bar seats only. It's a hassle getting on the chairs, especially for ladies, and the height of the seats guarantees leg numbness after a while. I don't mind the high prices in luxury establishments, however, the quality of the dishes and drinks contradicts with the prices. Said prices are considerably high, even to wealthy patrons. I expected better quality. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, a good experience that I may not repeat often. Other establishments offer better service and value for money.

I loved the new ambience, the white vibe is beautiful. The staff is very polite and accommodating. As for the drinks, everything we ordered was delicious, I especially enjoyed the Yubari King. It was an enjoyable experience.

Nice venue with a cool view. The new design is much better than the old one. However the service is very bad. The waiters are not friendly and frankly mean. I went on a date there on a Friday night. We went at night after sunset. The bad service ruined the mood. 1- They clearly overbooked. The sunset bar was crowded and our stools barely fit. It took a lot of unnecessary manoeuvring to be able to take our seats. 2- While ordering, the waiter rushed us and barely gave us a smile. My date told me that she felt that she ought to apologise for being there and wanting to order. 3- We ordered drinks, appetisers and main dishes. They brought in everything together. I know common sense dictates that starters and drinks should come before the main dish. 4- Naturally (because of point 3) the main dish was cold once we reached to it. I politely called on our waiter to tell him that it is cold and to see if they reheat it. Before I could finish my request he immediately became defensive and with an attitude told us "I don't think it arrived cold". I calmly and politely told him that all I wanted is to see is if you guys can reheat it. 5- They barely gave us any attention and never asked if we wanted to order another drink or anything else. 6- Ordering and paying the bill took more than 30 mins. It is safe to assume that I will not be going back there and I will not recommend this place to any of my friends and family, nor to the readers of this post. We expected much better service from a reputable establishment like Level 26 and for the money we paid.

Unbelieavable view of the city, we visited by night but it must be even more beautiful during daylight. Very friendly staff.

Make sure to wear pants otherwise they will deny you and your party entry. When I made the reservation online, it did not state anywhere that men had to wear pants.

👍 Tasty food, expensive, attentive staff. We appreciated coming here for our last night in Lebanon. The portions were small and more expensive compared to the place just two doors down, but it was still nice. We got the shrimp and the eggplant and the octopus fighter. We also had the well recommended...
