I highly do not recommend Pegasus Airlines. As I was flying back to Beirut from Istanbul, a women from the airlines stopped me at the gate to check the weight of my carry on (that was already approved at the check-in) and obliged me to pay 100$ for the extra 2kg!! She was very mean, impolite, unprofessional and unethical. She was talking to me in an unacceptable was, saying unacceptable words and repeatedly told me that she won't let me get on board without paying or she will throw away my baggage. On the website of the airline there is no mention of 100$ for 2 extra kg, they don't answer nor reply. No wonder Pegasus Airlines seems to be the 'cheapest' airlines... they know other ways in stealing the clients money. Surely, no one I know will ever use Pegasus.

The director of Pegasus at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport is very impolite. He refused to listen to my case that obliges me to have a carry-on to lay my laptop over due to my hip injury despite the corona pandemic rules and conditions. Additionally, he speaks very disrespectfully for no apparent reasons. Eventually, I see other passengers with extra luggage. Highly unsatisfied with this unpleasant experience which as a result I arrived back to Stuttgart with a sore hip.

The most horrible experience i have ever had! They weighted the handbag before getting on the plane, and they would take money for ‘extra weight’ without a receipt! Rude personel! I will never choose this airline!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!

They were not clear with their answers to questions I had, and they wantes to charge double the actual prize for taking a pet on board. They wanted to charge 120 dollars, but then I checked my pet for 50 dollars via the official pegasus site, I found this outrageous and very misleading

Very good people, they even help me when their office was closed for repair after 04 August 2020. Pray for them all. Thank you for all of the team! Bravo!

They took 300 $ for extra weight, No receipt, even I didn't know what was the extra weight, just cause I was in a hurry, they robbed me. Professional Thieves

I enjoy Pegasus airline , i dont get tired from this flight. Even the staff amazing ... for me i always choose this flight to all my travel ways .

Worst service: when i was sleeping on the plane, the service woman shouted above my head to the person next to me to check is she was wearing a belt. Plus when i was on the check-in the responsible tried to make me bribe her so i can pass without waiting in line. The airplane was not equilibrated which caused the plane to move A LOT, the seats were more uncomfortable than the situation that occurred: an angry man did NOT want to wear a mask because an old lady put it on her nose and kept screaming since before he even got on the plane till we landed. To sum up, it was the WORST experience EVER. Never using this airline again!

traveling with pegasus airlines isn’t that bad . yet you need to know that they’re very strict in baggage rules . if you’re traveling with them make sure to : 1- bring snacks to the plane , nothing’s for free . ( water too , they wont even get u a glass of water unless you pay ) 2- weigh the baggages before u even pass the boarding gate/passport control . any extra weight youll pay alot of money for it . … the seats aren’t that comfortable yet the flight attendants are very helpful/kind . So if youre planning on traveling with them , make sure to get snacks/water and have a safe flight !

There is a story with Pegasus airline I buy a ticket and it was fake And the company not apologize for it That was first and last time I deal with it.

Worst service you could ever find, unprofessional staff, scamming passengers as hard as they can. You could be deceived that you are paying less, but in total you will find out that you are paying more money, more time, more effort, and getting less services, less comfort, less respect…

Well first my flight to Istanbul was delayed 15 hours !!! (lost one day of my vacation) due to technical problem.. the trip itself was a disaster, small aircrafts and not stable.. Moreover, on the way back to Beirut they have broke my brand new bag which is classified as unbreakable..) briefly i do not recommend this airline at all
