Lebanon is an amazing country, you reading me you should know this. The variety of cultures, communities, landscapes, temperatures, activities is enormous seriously. Travelling in Lebanon with Khaled was a great experience. He was always professional and reliable but also had great insights into life in Lebanon and excellent recommendations for extra little things to see and places to eat etc. We even managed to get over a snowy and icy Mount Lebanon to get to Baalbek when it looked like it wouldn’t be possible! An easy 5*, highly recommend.

A friend and I landed in Lebanon with only a night in a hotel booked and no set plans. On our first day we stumbled upon this company and it was the best decision that honestly made our trip! We spent several days travelling around the country and had some of the most memorable experiences with our tour guide Khaled. He connected us with local guides at sites and we saw places (and not to mention ate at some amazing places) we never would have found if not for him. Khaled explained everything from the history to the economic crisis in such a thoughtful way and we truly felt so taken care of the entire time. Lebanon is a beautiful country and when friends suggested we only spend 3-4 days there we were shocked as with Khaled’s help we hardly could fit everything we wanted to do in 8 days. Even though we weren’t able to find a cooking class, Khaled even went as far as asking his wife for family recipes and translated them for us. Honestly couldn’t recommend this company more. 10/10.

Excellent trips and customer care, kind and professional people. Your travel agency for all your needs in Lebanon We are very independent experienced travellers and normally don't hire tours/agencies, but we wanted to see Baal'beck and they recommend to better take a local guide with you. We firstly took the private tour for Anjar, Baal'beck and Ksara wine tasting. The tour and sites were amazing, so was our guide who seemed to know everything about each grain of sand in Baal'beck, so we decided to take next day another trip with them to Jaitta, Harrisa and Byblos. Our drivers, Khaled and Mohamed, where always on time, very kind, spoke good English and gave many recommendations where to eat, have tea and shisha etc. We have strayed very early and we managed to avoid crowds, queues and heat. They also do airport pick-ups and drop-offs and we decided to go with them, as we had some issues with our pick-up service on the arrival. We were mistaken on our time of departure flight and only with few ours in advance asked if we could delay the drop off in order to have more time to enjoy this amazing country and they had no problem in rescheduling. The communication was always smooth, trough phone or whatapp. I'm a professional from the tourism industry and unfortunately there aren't many serious agencies with excellent services outhere like Lebanon Tours & Taxi.

We had a daily tour during our 3 days visit to Beirut with my mum and dad. We reached lebanon trips & tours with an internet search and mailed them. They were very reaponsive and informed us about the tour and price immediately. Next morning they took us from our hotel on time and and started our tour to jeita, byblos and harissa. Our driver was really nice. He was a very easygoing person. We had a great timing on our destinations and finished on time. We really enjoyed this tour. I highly recommend this tour to the visitors. Since there are not many public transport options in the country It is the best way to visit these touristic places. It provides a flexible, enjoyable, comfortable and safe tour with a nice driver. It is my greatest pleasure to give my feedback regarding our (4 people) trip to Lebanon. I underline, great email contact with Mr Khaled Bashashi ( Lebanon Trips and Tours ) prior to our arrival in Beirut. Everything was agreed and we hoped it would be implemented. However, the implementation of the agreed program exceeded our expectations. In addition to stays in predetermined places, our guide, on each of the three days of the trip, arranged for us lunches in places where we did not meet any tourists. The Lebanese themselves, and the food - delicious, Lebanese. Not a "tourist menu", but food for Lebanese. It cannot be overestimated. We saw Baalbeck, with Roman temples. The visit to the Jeita caves provided us with amazing views of karst phenomena. The way the caves are displayed, the producers from Postoina or Skocjańskie Caves could learn there. Near the caves is Harisa with the Lady sanctuary of Lebanon. Next to it, there is a cable car station that takes you down to the seashore. We're going to Byblos and seeing the citadel. Departure towards Israel. Viewing the fortress by the sea in Sidon. In Tire we saw the ruins of the Roman city and the hippodrome. The highest appreciation for our guide ( Lebanon Trips and Tours ) who showed us the places he visited in an interesting way.

I can definitely recommend this friendly company for arranging everything when you are in Lebanon. We initially planned to have some trips for two days during our four days stay there. However even during airport pick up ride we learnt so much from super well informed Khaled than we quickly decided that not using his expertise and guidance would be just waste of our time there. So finally we spent all these days together what made our trip a rememberable one for sure :) He listened well to what we needed and wanted and had a solution for all :) Throughout our entire stay we did not only visit all planned sites yet thanks to Khaled got a taste of delicious Lebanese cuisine, learnt a lot about Lebanon culture, history and daily life and were given lots of very useful information about getting around Beirut.
