Went here with my partner, for a promo of weekend getaway of 500k. Was a real nice experience, the room was clean, though we had to wait around 10 minutes to feel the air condition to work. The amenities in the bathroom was also fine. All of the plumbings worked fine and nice. From the outside, it's a real dark cold building with almost no aesthetic measure taken at the design. But when we went inside the lobby, it really shows the interior design of a four star hotel. Generally a worth to visit again hotel.

The service was so slow. There is someone call me asked for breakfast but he doesn't use proper greeting and offers . Rooms are dirty. Most of the staff are chit chat and do nothing while guest was around

The facilities is just so so for 4 stars hotel. But I love their breakfast. The taste quiet good and some type of breakfast. You can make toast, porridge, fruit salad, cereal, or buffet rice. The staffs quiet friendly. The location is really strategic, even in busy hour its really crowded.

Room is quite spacious but outdated The hotel itself is quite empty and dark as it was quite old and people prefer more modern looking hotel. But the price is quite cheap because of this. So would only recommend it for business stay, not holiday or staycation Location is quite good, lots of food nearby

Merapi Merbabu Bekasi Hotel is a family friendly 4 stars hotel located in Eastern Bekasi Area. Spacious room but not so sure with the concept of its interior design.

Initially i a bit worry about the room but after check i , i found the room is quite convenience. We can't compare with hotels in Jakarta but for bekasi area, i can say that this is hotel is OK not so bad. You get what you pay.

So..so...not bad but not on top. Despite non smoking rooms the odor of cigarettes remain very present everywhere due to utilisation of carpet everywhere. Service is not corresponding to International standards. Food is just Indonesian and not corresponding to International standards...you are in Bekasi...everything is says

For some reason when I was there it's really hard to grab a grabcar or gocar from this hotel past 9PM. The room looks old, the bedsheet has a mark on it as if it's not cleaned properly and I can feel my body is itchy after I sleep on the bed. The sofa also isn't clean either.

The room is big enough, the view isn't very nice and hallway is ok

THE WORST AND DISGUSTING HOTEL EVER I WAS VISIT!!!!! THE AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING (literally hot!), SO MANY DUST! SO DIRTY! LACK OF LIGHT!! EWH HOTEL

You will get a big room space in here! Hotel is a little quiet. Some spot have a good view to see Bekasi. Sometimes...i feel a little scare coz the atmosphere are...ah, I can't explain it. At my point, you can get reasonable price with big room and a king size bed. That's all.
