Pleased with the several massages we've had both at home and onsite until yesterday. Taxi there, messaged us to tell us the staff were stuck in traffic, waited in a coffee shop, turned up to be told 1 of us had to wait another hour as the staff member had to deal with another customer. Useless. Lots of photos of the owner on the wall, zero idea about customer service. Never again.
