The service when I consult my eye problem was definitely good. The doctor and staff was also friendly and helpful but unfortunately the aftersales service for glasses was the worst. I don't recommend to repair your glasses here if you had any problem especially if the warranty still valid. The staffs weren't understand enough about the warranty clause applied for my glasses lens so I chose another official store from my lens brand and lucky enough that they could fix mine. I believe that there's a room for improvement.

The service is top class. What should be improved is the the option of the frames. I hope the variety of the frames will be added to broaden the customer's choice. Overall, the service is prima.

Good hospitality, complete eye's check up facilities with reasonable price. We even can get very good discount by purchasing Groupon/Fave. Recommended place to have your eye's checked up. Only the access of location is a bit far from public transportation.
