Been here several times.. I think this is one of the authentic Indian food in town... A bit pricey...but the taste pays off...

YES! Talk about getting a meal absolutely perfect. This place is stunning. The people are great and the food is delicious. Not too fat from home, this is going to be one of my regular haunts. Authentic Indian food - Terrific. Update 21 Oct 23 YES YES !!!!! Even more stunning! Not only did they remember us, they remembered our tastes in food. The owner and staff treat people less as customers in a restaurant, and more like old family and friends visiting their home. They came over to offer ideas in the most caring of ways, purely in an effort to make our meals even better - They were right with every suggestion - The people here are wonderful. I have to very strongly recommend this restaurant. Update 5 Nov 23 Back again - This place is addictive. Tried the chicken curry, prawn Tikka masala, and chicken madras- Amazing! Yet another update - 3 Jan 2024 I love this place with a passion. I could come for a year and never have the same dish twice. Every time is an exploration of how delicious food can be.

This resto is located at Benton Junction Lippo Village, very authentic India, tasty. Seating area about 40 pax. So many menu Indian, if you miss with Indian Food, you may come here. Indian menu such as naan, fried briyani, mutton briyani, indian tea etc. They only serve chicken and mutton.

Worst Indian food. Just ordered using gojek and guess what, they send me stale food, from yesterday. The roti is crispy and dry. Usually this happens when you reheat a roti. The biryani tastes like fried rice more rather than a biryani. Never again. Be aware…

Authentic Indian Cuisine at Karawaci area. Mutton / lamb so tender. They cooked with quite a lot of spices, they blended well.. very nice... We love their butter Naan, one of the best naan we ever tried. We want to try their famous Pani Puri, but we are unlucky, it is only served on weekends only. Best authentic Indian restaurant in the town. Many great foods on their menu. Love it. Their paani puri so superb, I like how they serve the gravy in the clay pot and makes it more tasty. Gonna repurchase on this restaurant for many times for sure.

Food: 4.7/5 Great taste, full of spices. Pani poori is really nice, coriander chutney is excellent. The paneer tikka masala is also good, mutton rogan josh is very tender. Butter naan really nice as well. Service: 5/5 Really attentive, straightforward and accommodating.

This is the only Indian restaurant at Benton Junction, and it's been there for a long time. The front desk is very informative, the first time we went there she would explain patiently about the food and spices and heat level. Highly recommended for vegetarians and those who love food adventures. We had Kashmiri naan (naan with dried fruits, very tasty-we ordered second helpings), paneer in aloo, and mushroom duplax.

Have a lot of side dish and option for vegan or non vegan. Delicious, most nearly authentic than other indian restaurant nearby. The waiter even told you first if some food would take a long time to be served, very polite and with a smiling voice.

Everything we have had here is amazing. We will be coming again soon. :) Food is spiced appropriately and was prepared quickly. We noticed that there are some things on the menu that you won’t find normally at other Indian restaurants. For example, the balls in the picture. I can’t remember the name but in short you fill the crispy balls with the potato shavings, the sauces and then dip it in the soup. Be sure to eat it in one bite or you will have a mess on your hands…of course. :)

This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants. They have a lot of condiment sauce to go with your bread or curry. I love the Planner Haryali Tika. The chicken kurma is also good! The vindaloo could be spicier. The staff so helpfull. The price is a bit high but the the taste and the quality is worth it.

Always ... consistent original that I know taste of Indian food. Ordered 3 at the start but added 2 more different kind of curries, vindalo, tikka masala, etc. for 5 person. Highly recommend.

Taal is one of the few places I keep coming back to, and not just because it's the only Indian restaurant in Tangerang. They have authentic dishes and helpful staff, and everything is, frankly, delicious! I usually order the Mutton Tikka Masala, but the Mutton Dum Biryani is amazing as well, and is my wife's favorite. I can't wait to go again!

Just had the most amazing feast at Taal! We tried their panipuri (so flavorful!), butter chicken masala (yum!), and those garlic naans were just perfect. But what really stole the show for me was their hot masala tea - what a comforting treat! And don't get me started on the mutton roganjosh; it's a game-changer. Taal is definitely my go-to spot for a flavorful Indian meal!

We went there around 3:30 at noon and being told that they will open again at 4:30 because of the chef's break which, we thought, is a good thing to ensure a great quality so no problemo. We had Chaas (such a unique drink! I drank it for the very first time. A bit spicy and oh so creamy. Ordered the cold one), Hot Masala Tea (yummo), Masala Papadam (tasty appetizer) and Chicken Tikka Masala as the main course. Portion were so huge that we got some to take out since we couldn't finished almost everything 😆 It was an amazing late lunch and definitely will come back for sure~

Great indian food! first time tried panipuri here, kinda shock but it tastes good and weird at the same time lol. But it was great experience tho. Also love their naan bread and their curry.

First time berkunjung ke Taal restaurant, tidak ada menu yg fail.. 👍Semua luar biasa enak dan very comfort food, home made ingridients include milk products for creamy chicken butter masala and Paneer. Very good service also from the owner when explained n recommended food and special beverage. Surely , we will come back again.. 😊

Ordered curry, rice with egg, and butter naan. The rice was rich and there were plenty of eggs. The curry was full of spice with a tint of spiciness (although not really spicy, which is good for my weak-to-spicy-things tounge). The naan was buttery and soft, chewy and nice when paired with the curry.

An authentic Indian cuisine, cooked with ingredients imported straight from India. I thank Pinder, the owner, for his time to tell stories behind the cuisine, menu, and history about the place. I ordered his recommendations; Paneer Dum Biryani, Mutton Tikka Masala, Mango Lassi and I got free Butter Naan! For Indonesians who have a rather sweet tastebuds, I recommend eating the Biryani with the tamarind chutney, it gives a mild sweetness without ruining the authentic Indian taste! Eating the Biryani with their mango chutney or by itself is also great! Plus, their butter naan and mutton tikka taste wonderful. Taal was giving me an authentic Indian experience both to my tastebuds and curiosity!

This is by far the BEST Indian restaurant in Indonesia. Been coming here since I was 10. As an Indian, the food here is the closest to home. Definitely recommend the paneer butter masala, dosa's and pani puri!

From all i ordered, love their mutton bothi kebab. Moist and juicy with perfect combination of fat and muscle meat. Happy to finally try panipoori, an indian street food seen in tv. Cant judge since this is my 1st time. The lowlight from this meal would be masala tea. Should have asked if they use fresh milk rather than some powdered or instant mix.

I have come here often and generally the food is good. Last night was an exception. Ordered Tandoori Chicken, Lentils and Lamb Rogan Dosh. The chicken and the lentils were ok but the lamb in the Rogan Dosh was mostly connective tissue. Not nice. They ran out of okra and lassi.
