kasir
ada

ingat),
namun
semua
kasir
kumpul
di
1
meja
untuk
melayani
segerombolan
customer
yg
melakukan
SATU
transaksi
saja
(mungkin
nominal
transaksinya
miliaran?)..
Yasudah
saya
meletakkan
sebuah
produk
(meja
lipat)
di
meja
kasir
yg
kosong
dan
saya
memilih
diam
berdiri
di
dibelakang
sambil
menyarankan
istri
saya
yg
sedang
hamil
untuk
duduk
di
kursi
yg
disediakan
di
depan
meja
kasir
menunggu
mereka
selesai..
Namun
ketika
segerombolan
pelanggan
itu
selesai
melakukan
transaksi,,
kasir
hanya
berdiri
sambil
ngobrol
tanpa
memperdulikan
saya
dan
istri
saya..
Bahkan
ketika
saya
mengatakan
'sudah
selesai
belum
kak?'
Terkesan
dicuekin
dengan
cara
pura-pura
tidak
didengar
hingga
3
kali
saya
mengatakan
hal
yg
sama
dengan
kalimat
yg
sama
baru
di
tanggapi
'oh
iya
silahkan
apa
saja'..
Apakah
karena
saya
dan
istri
saya
hanya
membeli
meja
lipat
dan
sebuah
rak
dengan
total
belanja
2jutaan
saja
sehingga
dapat
layanan
seperti
ini?!!
Sebenarnya
sudah
beberapa
kali
melakukan
transaksi
pembelian
disini
dengan
layanan
ya
standar
aja,,
namun
baru
kali
ini
layanannya
sangat-sangat
mengecewakan!!!
Sebelumnya
tetap
beli
disini
karena
lokasinya
dekat
dengan
tempat
tinggal
(meskipun
tempat
lain
tetap
free
ongkir
kerumah
sih
namun
lokasi
storenya
jauh
seperti
MAG
yg
jaraknya
16km-an)
jadi
ya
cari
disini
aja
karena
malas
pergi
jauh
toh
barangnya
juga
sama,
