This ocean jetty is an open window to the ocean. At the end of the jetty there is an old construction house like which was used for surveillance but not anymore leaving it in half ruins. Lion Mountain faces the jetty in a majestic way.

Great place to enjoy the fresh sea air in the open and generally enjoy the open air... And if you do happen to feel hungry,look out for the Roti guy around 100 metres before the Jetty,if you're coming from the museum, because at Rs 12 you just cannot beat it. As they are well worth the price.

A chill spot to stop by if you're driving the coastal roads in the south. Go down to the end and take some fresh air (and some of the smelly sea breeze).

Beautiful jetty with amazing view of the east coast in Mauritius.

Stopped here on the way around the East Coast of Mauritius. The jetty itself is simple. Sarah Outen, the first female solo rower of the indian ocean finished at this location.

So magical and unique spot on the island. A must to visit when driving on the south eastern coast.
