This was the only restaurant with edible and somewhat tasty food we experienced during our ten days visit to Mauritius. Book ahead of time, they keep saying it’s fully booked but there are always empty tables but won’t let you reserve unless it’s a few days ahead.

Remarkable 5 star dining experience at Ginger Thai. Absolutely to die for meals in a wonderful setting. Above the service of the members of staff/waiters was absolute world-class. Very efficient, attentive and professional people. Highly recommended place.

Dinner with friends at GInger Thai was absolutely heaven to the taste buds longing for good Thai food .—-Pou the chef had stirred up a extensive meal With veg baskets/ papaya salad/ spring rools for starters —Red and green curry veg and lobster with fried rice /jasmine rice and Pad Thai for the main course —all simply delicious and perfect —we ended with pumpkin cake and ice cream —highly recommend this place in Mauritiis for Thai food

Great food, amazing and affordable cuisine. You are lost for choice at the menu. They take some time to prepare, so don't be super hungry at waiting, but it's worth every penny and second 🌟

Throughout our stay at the Hilton resort chef Pao looked after us very well. This was by far the best restaurant here! We have many allergies and chef pao was able to cook all our food without the allergens and personally reassured us

Loved my experience at Ginger thai after so many years! Food was divine and i was vegetarian...service was out of this world. Welcome cocktail was so refreshing. Chef Pau is fantastic. The mixologist is phenomenal...Dharmen Cleven David Kunal and whole team are simply fabulous. Keep up the excellent work! I will surely come again very soon.

We had such a wonderful experience! Our little boy Ilai LOVED the Thai soup - the wonderful staff was giving him and us such a wonderful experience. Thank you! The food is incredible, the staff is so nice, the cook offers quality & authentic Thai food. We truly enjoyed the 3 times we ate here during our stay at Hilton! Thank you so much for everything!
