The villa itself has everything you need, comfort Beds, layout , pool and outside area. Loanne, cleans everyday except Sunday and is very nice. The huge downside with the villa is the noise. Adjacent to the harbour, give good views, but it can be noisy especially 8-10am and 3-6 pm. There are lots of dogs barking at night, and Saturday night / Sunday there was loud music blaring. You also need a car for restaurants, as they are a fair distance. Loanne, however will cook at an extra cost. I can’t comment as we didn’t try this. You do get a sense of what real Mauritian life is, but it’s not for you if you want a quiet romantic break.
