I
visited
this
restaurant
for
a
dinner
with
other
two
people.
As
soon
as
I
entered
I
asked
for
a
menu
to
choose
my
pizza
because
I
had
difficulty
reading
the
ingredients
directly
from
the
billboard:
I
was
told
that
they
didn't
have
it.
despite
this
we
pretended
nothing
has
happened,
we
ordered
and
went
and
sit
at
our
table.
In
the
meantime
we
were
waiting
for
our
pizzas
to
be
ready,
I
decided
to
ask
for
3
glasses:
the
staff
answered
me
I
had
to
pay
for
the
paper
cups.
I
couldn't
believe
to
such
an
unfair
thing,
especially
when
I
saw
that
people
sitting
at
another
table
(they
were
local
people,
not
tourists
like
me)
they
were
provided
with
glasses.
So
why
you
didn't
say
to
me
I
could
have
glasses
for
free
instead
of
paying
for
paper
cups,
just
because
I'm
a
tourist?
It's
unbelievable.
When
our
pizzas
were
finally
ready,
they
were
brought
to
us
in
two
cartons
instead
of
three
(in
one
of
which
there
were
two
pizzas
stacked
one
on
top
of
the
other).
But
in
this
way
how
ever
we
could
be
able
to
eat,
since
the
carton
itself
had
to
serve
as
a
plate
for
each
of
us?.
And
finally,
the
icing
on
the
cake...
when
we
dared
to
ask
for
cutlery,
we
were
told
that
no
cutlery
was
available
as
there
was
not
enough
staff
to
take
care
of
washing
and
let
us
having
them
available.
So
we
have
been
forced
to
struggle
and
to
complain
in
order
to
be
served
with
dignity
and
to
be
able
to
eat
our
pizzas,
with
our
own
glasses,
cutlery
and
carton.
So
at
this
point
we
could
not
help
but
laugh,
at
how
incompetent
and
rude
the
staff
could
have
been
towards
us,
as
well
as
dishonest
about
the
issue
of
glasses.
We
laughed
just
as
if
we
had
been
the
victim
of
or
ended
up
in
a
joke.
So
the
only
word
it
come
in
my
mind
to
say
about
this
restaurant
is:
shame.
And
since
they
use
the
colors
of
the
Italian
flag
on
the
cartons
of
their
pizzas
for
marketing
purposes,
I
also
tell
you
in
Italian:
VERGOGNA!
