The best thing about this place are the seats nearby the waterline. Nice place to relax. Had a flat white and it was mediocre. To milky and to weak espresso. And they put some blue stuff in it. Maybe only coloring but I find blue things not appealing.

I was looking for a decent coffee and this place really impressed. It looks really nice and presentable inside with a modern aesthetic. You have a full view of the back area where you can see your drinks or cakes being prepared The staff were well attentive and spoke English really well, making our drinks with the utmost care. I got a Moccachino and a Salted Caramel and Peanut Frappe Lux for my brother. We were both extremely impressed. My drink was creamy and intensely flavourful, and my brother enjoyed his frappe very much. We will definitely be back, and look forward to trying some other drinks and maybe some cakes next time. If you want a quality coffee at a decent price, I can heartily recommend this place!

During the last hours of closure, specially on weekends they tell customers to select only from a limited selection of coffee as others are not available.. I went twice and both times were the same.. Ordered a carrot cake which was not fresh at all. The employees seem tired and demotivated..and during those hours they take a lot of time to place orders as what I noticed they start balancing their tills. I would suggest please respect closing hours time and even if (as per Google hours) the café closes at 6 pm, if a person comes at 5 30, treat him/her same as you would with the very first customer. And put fresh muffins and cakes from time to ensure freshness cause as compared to Artisan coffee, your outlet is much expensive. But to be very honest, quality wise, they are better...

We ordered one milkshake oreo, two smoothies and a red velvet cake,and to be honest it was the worst milkshake, smoothies and red velvet ever. The milkshake was literally just like they just pour the milk in carton and they served it to you. The smoothies was not cold and they were watery and tasteless. We did complain about it with the supervisor,she gave us the same drinks but added ice in it.. She said we can't complain about it as the so called Batista knows better than us,they know their job.The red velvet was very chewy. We go to cafe lux cascavell very often but never got this kind of issues.. Was such a disappointment for us..

Walked in, cool air, clean floors, good lighting, clear signs, good start. Looked at the array of cakes, so much choice, settled on vanilla flan. Lots of hot and cold coffee choices, plus others. Ordering was easy. Took a seat, few minutes later drinks and food arrive. Coffee hot and freshly made. Cake still chilled, tastes lovely, velvety texture melts in the mouth. An enjoyable pit stop from the busyness of the Caudan.

Nice place to have a drink and a snack. Need more variety in the sandwiches as the only available choices are chicken and vegetarian. The bread was not that fresh yesterday, felt like it was few days old. On other visits, I did get fresh bread though. The view is great and so is the service and staffs. The picture is that of the bread, I had yesterday, looked good but didn't taste fresh even after they lightly warmed it but the filling was good.

I give them 2 stars because the lemon mint ice tea is really, really good. Other than that it's the most disappointing Cafe Lux* I've been to. The food is not worth the prices charged and does not live up to the Lux* brand. There is something cheap/junk about the ingredients served, most particularly the bread which is of poor quality. Sandwiches often come overcooked after spending too long in the sandwich maker. This week I made my first visit there in years just wanting to enjoy a beverage while working on my laptop. To my dismay the waiter informed me that they had no internet access... right when you most need it for work. I understand such things happen but there could at least have been a sign/piece of paper informing visitors of the internet breakdown. Service is OK but not great. I find the staff at Cascavelle (in particular) and Trianon much friendlier.

Used to be my favourite place for muffin. Last time I went with my daughters, they asked me for my vaccination pass, gave them then they asked for my 13 y old daughter. Explained to then thta there is no vaccination possible for them but they still refused.... So I went to Artisan coffee. My new best place.

Excellent Service as usual for the Lux* Brand. This cafe is located at the center of the waterfront area. Apart from coffee, you can also find a healthy selection on salad and drinks. Their own brand of ice cream, ici, is a must try,too. However, while my visit, there was no chocolate flavor. I once tasted their chocolate ice cream in the resort. It is unforgettable. At last I tried the lemon sorbet and Coconut Devine Frappy. They didn't let me down either. I even purchased the t shirt of Cafe Lux* which is selling in a reasonable price at Rs300.

I ordered a coffee and when I was about to finish I find out there's some kind gooey substance at the bottom.I talked about it to the waitress and she told me that she would asked the chef or whatever they're called and she never came back ,i waited 20 minutes for her.
