This Artisan delivers the great quality coffee and pastries one can expect from the franchise. They are quite busy but the service is, nonetheless, relatively efficient and friendly, and there is a variety of seating available - both inside and outside.

Lovely tasting coffee and great service. I'd consider this to be the equivalent of Starbucks as they appear everywhere and offer a good selection of gourmet coffees, pastries and cakes. The prices are fairly reasonable, and as expected for this kind of place. I enjoyed it very much and will be back.

Artisan Café is possibly the best coffee you can find in Mauritius. Freshly baked croissants, pain aux chocolat and many typical franchise cafés' pastries that look delicious. You can also find a good variety of macarons. They also have deal of coffee and gourmet muffins that are good value. Pop in when in Mauritius and enjoy ☕🥐🧇!

Good fortune from brownie , purchased brownie ,walked out and fount 1k ,then I bought 5 more brownies and walked to my car and a guy said me I looked handsome because of the way I was holding the brownies ,didn't give him any though and went back to the store to get more brownies and got promoted at work from customer service to customer , I'm very lonely ,good brownies though

Awesome coffee shop in Flic-en-Flac that servers great coffee (with different milk options) and a nice little food menu. The service is nice and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend it as it opens at 8am where most other places open after 9am.

Visited 21/12 a.m Ordered a large iced latte with THREE SHOTS (iced coffee drinks always have a very low coffee to milk ratio) I paid extra for this upgrade. I collected my drink and asked the young lady ‘barister’ to confirm it was a 3 shot latte before accepting. She replied yes. The drink tasted very milky with very little coffee flavour. I returned promptly to ask for another drink. Her attitude was very poor, muttering under her breath as she worked the coffee machine, she made a new latte straight away, it was too fast. It tasted the same. POOR. I no doubt believe that I never once received the 3 shots of coffee I paid for. If you are a western foreigner like myself, you will be VERY DISAPPOINTED with the coffee on the island. Even in 5 star hotels. This particular store highlights this fact plus in addition to the poor staff attitude and dedication to their job

I don’t understand how customers rate this coffee shop but as for myself, I was not satisfied with the service. You have to handle with your two hands the food, the burning cups served without a tray. I don’t know if it’s local culture or not but tray doesn’t exist in their vocabulary. I am very disappointed with that kind of service.

Your usual Artisan Coffee experience. Offers ok value for money. I'm not a fan of the coffee at all. The croissants and sausage rolls are decent as are the sandwiches. The prices are fairly reasonable.

She is so warm and welcoming! She is truly an asset to you guys business . Whenever I am having a bad day and I come in to grab a coffee she is always smiling. Today my family and i went to Artisan Cofee at Cascavelle. Coffee shops are all around the island nowadays. And competition is high especially wrt products. But the one thing that remains is not the taste but the service. Those beautiful souls out there just surpassed the clients' expectations through their service. U are doing a great job. God bless you multifold.

Sometimes we like to go there in the morning to have breakfast and have a good coffee time. It has a pleasant atmosphere, the pastries are so good that I can eat a whole bunch of these and the coffee and drinks are awesome♡! So why not go there and give it a try😉!
