Came in quickly to grab an ice coffee and latte for my mum. Service was quick and the coffee was good...what really impressed me were the macarons. The shells were full and the fillings were flavourful without being just sugary. The chocolate and pistache were particularly good. Having tried them in many countries, I felt this was amazing quality. Do try them if possible, they're 60 rupees each.

Lovely atmosphere and the staff go beyond your expectations to provide a service with a high standard. The perfect way to start your day is with a friendly greeting and a smile and of course with an awesome coffee. Highly recommended.

It's a great place to work, the staff are lovely most of the time. I can't help but notice that every time I go there, my usual order tastes slightly different, there is a problem with consistency, one I most likely blame on irregular recipes done by the staff. I remember once, I bought a Salted Caramel drink of sort, tasted phenomenal, the next day when I went to buy another one, it tasted like sea water with a dash of milk and when asked for a replacement, the staff "made" another one... truly what he did was add syrup to the sea water expecting it to be good enough. At the end I got sea water with sugar, I went about my way because I didn't have time to stick around but was disappointed.

I always enjoy the flat white in cafe luxe. Red velvet was okay, while the carrot cake didn't taste like one.

Ordered an espresso and macchiato with a red velvet. Coffees were okay, red velvet was hard and stale, we had to return it. They gave us another cake pistachio parfait which was not terrible, coukd barely feel the pistachioa. Not value for money 😬

I remember passing by once and the shop was almost closed but had to buy something for my little boy, the lady at the cash counter told me that they cant take any payment as the counter was closed but she offered what my boy chose for FREE. macarons were going bad, asked for an exchange, got the same bad macarons and when we tried to say smtg they tried to give us our money back. overall bad customer service

The place smells good, it's clean and the deco is okay. The food however is overpriced, my cup of americano had fingerprints all over it smelled like an ashtray. Personnel is also chatting and dancing all the time as if there was a sega contest going on and only person who seemed like they were here to work was the waiter. I don't leave reviews on a usual basis but I was really disappointed with the experience this time. Just to say that if you care about having a good breakfast accompanied by a good coffee, you have Artisan coffee next door which never fails to disappoint. Café Lux is such a waste of money.

Went to grab a veg panini and caramel cheesecake before movie last Saturday. Been there after a long time, trusting quality has improved. But once again completely disappointed. Still wondering why it is so overpriced. The caramel cheesecake tasted like it has been kept for years in the fridge.

Café lux cakes are disgusting & expensive. You know when you keep something in the fridge uncovered for a long time it tastes differently like it absorbed the smell of the fridge.

Today I had quite the displeasure of waiting almost half an hour for a frappe. Couldn't tell it apart from a regular milkshake since crushed ice was severely lacking. Also it seems that the staff at the till find it hard to greet customers. No 'hello' or any greetings of any kind. Finally, if you are going to argue among yourselves, please refrain from doing so openly in front of customers.

Up to standards. Even after Covid. Keep it up.

I gave them 4 stars a year ago. But now.. EACH time i order something there is a mistake. I got a COLD bongo.. i got latte iced black when its non latte on the order. The service is now HORRIBLE. Will stop going to cafe lux forever. I have been let down too many times. I still prefer hotels and mugg&bean

Cakes are okay, they are not super delicious as that of Mugg and Bean. More than that, Mugg and Bean's cake portions are ridiculously bigger after factoring in prices. That being said, it is still an okay experience to eat and spend some time here.

Rapid service, smiling team and all sanitary measures are being followed. Small suggestion though, please also request ID and proof of vaccination upon verification. Surely one of favourite café near Quatre Bornes.

These guys should stop profiling customers for service.we were here today at 09:00 no other clients with 5-6 staffs busy chatting even when they saw us. Maybe they should indicate what type of client they wish to have and time would be saved.

We were on a Sunday morning at 8 30am which is the opening time. The waitress we could not come in as they were not ready yet. Together with another family we waited for about 15 more minutes and went to another place. They were chatting inside and could not be bothered.

Had breakfast with my family. Unfortunately the food was not fresh. Hubby was served a sandwich which seems like it was left over from yesterday. My sausage roll was not nice. Sausage was tasting funny. Will definitely not go back. 😕😕😕

Went there Saturday at 16:42 for 2 hot drinks, received the drinks after nearly 30 mins and the place was not even busy. The drinks were on the counter for more than 10 mins. Had to return one of the drink as it was cold. The other drink tasted not nice at all. The only good thing was that the staffs were nice. The drinks not worth the money at all.

Been at Cafe lux Trianon for a quick coffee and unfortunately, the lady ( Manisha) serving us, displayed a very unprofessional attitude and wrong manners, when addressing. I would highly advise the Management Team to take serious steps, in order to groom her the way it should be. I hope actions will be taken. Thanking you in advance! Cheers !

Coffee is great, service is amazing. I have a request : please do taste some of your dessert. For example, you have a lemon meringue tart.The meringue is good and so is the lemon tart. Now if you put it together, maybe it's best to check the sweetness on the palate once you taste them together. Add a layer of sugar with the meringue on top of a perfectly sweet lemon tart is way too much in my opinion. Would be good to make the tart tangy and the sugar in the meringue bring that balance on each bite, for example.

Ordered a picolo latte and 2 juices, 1 wake me up and 1 energizer. The order took 25 minutes. The juices were only had carrot, no orange, no melon. The coffee was not ready after half an hour. When we asked the cashier, she replied with an attitude: we are making it now. Very bad service and poor quality of the products. Would definitely never recommend it. Its a waste of money
