Nice little breakfast and pantry spot, they have a couple of meal deals. A small but fairly comfy seating area. Staff are friendly and attentive. Pricing is affordable. Food is fine without being spectacular. A nice place for a quick bite.

After a swim, it's the perfect place to replace my calories. Fresh bread, good coffee and yummy pastries.

Disgusting 🤮 food , took a salade rice , got major allergies on my body . Felt like was given dog food to eat , last time at some cake on counter top tuiles Amandes , was again out of date , this owner is leaving food for a few days . It’s very disgusting . Avoid at all cost unless you want to be sick . The salad rice was cold and the fish in there was cheap sardines felt like cat food not like human food .

My best pastry i had. I made all the way from curepipe to grand baie just for my cake. Update 2022. Founil is not what it was.. disappointed at my last visit.

First experience... could be better. Taste quiche epinard fromage de chevre... was good but cold despite asked to put in microwave. However, Tarte aux myrtilles was great.

Had an eclair and small artesian chocolate cake, was ok but I wouldn’t say my mind was blown away, I’ve had better eclairs. We did however show up late, so there wasn’t much left. Lady said you should come between opening to 12 as that’s when they have their shelves full.

Went looking for this cafe in Grand Baie after it was rated as one of the best cafes in Mauritius. Its location was a bit of the centre of the town away from the beach. Just off a main road so no nice views unfortunately. However, it was pleasant experience nonetheless. I would say it's speciality is its bakery items and I enjoyed a chocolate eclair with a coffee. The coffee was nice but nothing flashy. The staff were friendly and it was a nice bright atmosphere, very well air conditioned for a break from the heat. :)

Easily accessible. Pain au chocolat was fresh. There’s a small sitting arrangement both inside and outside to enjoy coffee and pastries. Good service. Pleasant staff. Eager to try more varieties!

Poor & nonchalant service, mediocre coffee, few pastries and cakes. The shop looks unkept, in places dirty. Very disappointed, standards have dropped drastically.
