Rude staff. Dirty table had to ask twice for them to clean the table. Price for cakes not displayed, no receipt, cakes not fresh. Chicken pie had more potato than chicken

Came here for breakfast and ordered an almond croissant, a butter crossaint, a pain au chocolat, a apple puff and a banana puff and all was very delicious. The pastry was flaky, had lots of layers and had a buttery taste. The almond paste had texture and flavour of almonds. The pain au chocolat had enough dark chocolate which ensures the product isn't too sweet. The banana puff is the same mixture used inside a tarte banan which pairs beautifully with the buttery pastry. We also ordered coffee and hot chocolate and both were very good. The hot chocolate is real melted chocolate which makes it even tastier Highly recommended and is always a gem when I visit Mauritius

Fabulous pastries & ok coffee, best pastries we had in Mauritius. *edited this review as the last 3 visits the coffee was terrible 🙄 latte which was all milk barely any coffee, weak and I actually threw yesterdays one away (got take away for a trip) Competitive prices too. Been back numerous times, the apple pastry and pain raisin are perfection (even if a little overcooked in photos)

Beware, some of the employees are scammers ! They tried to charge me Rs 700 for just two cakes ! When I checked the receipt, they it said five cakes. I spoke to some people who said it was a common practice there. So either the owner is well aware or this has been going on behind his back. Anyway, check your receipts well when you order !

Extremely shameful experience, I felt unwelcomed by the rude staff who was around serving. The owner was there but not really helping as she was really arrogant. I came from Rose-hill to experience something nice, but I was wrong. They made me wait for approx 45 minutes to take my order. They prioritize tourist first then Mauritian. There attitude is really cheap and unsatisfactory. Crowded with school students screaming and disturbing the atmosphere of a café. I don' t recommend at all, complete waste of money

A bit pricey, but cakes are as good as they were years ago. Their tastes and operas are to die for. Service and parking can be a little tricky, however, it's still worth it.

Florensuc is good taste whipped along with authenticity and freshness. Their pastry has the right combination of moistness and fluffiness. It is situated conveniently with ample parking options. It's also a lovely joint to enjoy a morning coffee..

Best pastries in Trou aux biches (coming from a French person!). Delicious and soft. The fresh juices are also good.

Poor service. Miscommunication between staff. Ordered 5 pieces of cakes and it cost Rs 700 and i was told on phone that the total cost was Rs 500. Can’t your staff call and re confirm the price??? Once i ordered a birthday cake, and it was not done on that day ( ordered 2 weeks before ). Very very very poor service. 2 times bad service.

Pastries are amazing! Coffee is delicious. Staff are a little unfriendly but you can ignore them and chill after you get your food and drinks from the kitchen.

Very tasty coffee and tasty pastries right on the main road. It can get quite packed - no wonder. Wish there were more croissants!

Cakes and drinks are just wow! But the service is really slow. The place is often crowded and they don't have enough staff so we have to wait a lot to be served. If you have time, it's really worth it. If you are in a hurry, skip.

A fair level bakery. Good local standards but not same level Founil and P&M patisserie. Which are better. The selection is quite limited to pastries only. No sandwiches

Best pastries and cakes in the area by far. If you want a cake This is 100% the place you should go. I also had my morning coffee and pastry each morning there.

One of the best pastries not only in the north but in Mauritius. Cakes are so delicious that you will be addicted to this pastry whenever you are in the north of Mauritius. Prices are a bit expensive but it’s value for money. In-service can be upgraded and also parking facilities. But for me the taste remains the main reason for my review. I do especially recommend the banana tart which is so delicious and fondant. Staffs have always been so nice, cool and welcoming. Keep up the good work!!!

Great pastries! Loved the Lemon gateux. The place needs a bit of maintenance tho ( broken glass and dirty tables , hence the minus 1 star)

They recommended me the place and it ia great. I loved the cake and coffee. A pity they do not have decaf or any other milk than regular. But still worthy to go.

Yummy selection of cakes and pastries. Worth a visit if you’re in the North, they also have a nice seating area.
