Worst service ever. Unwelcoming staff. No smile no greating. Food was cold. Had to complain to get hot one. Gave a chicken mayo pizza there was no chicken on it.no mayonnaise either but tomato sauce yes. We came for the Tuesday deal. Had to wait 10 mins after each slice. Comparing to the one at bagatelle it’s worthless. Didn’t even want to eat since the food was not good at all. Also You only have one tissue per person.To finish the toilet was a disaster.just wanted to throw up entering there. Will never go there again and do not recommend it to anyone. This Port Louis team have a hard work to do!!!

Not happy at all will not recommend, unfriendly n bad attitude, uncooperative , service very bad ask for vaccinated card N ID when their own staff serving client walking around with mask under her chin. Waited 4 nearly an hr b4 being informed hv to order at till n pay if consuming on spot n this is not clearly laid down. With all the hassle pizza came late n not hot or warm . Also complain to manager Annalise which turned out to b hopeless with an arrogant attitude.

The food is good. but the service is horrible as i had to spend around 15 mins on phone to explain my order to a bangladais which he cannot seem to understand. After an amazing struggle, the order has been placed. Now when calling and asking to speak to a Mauritian for not wasting time again, Mister got angry and hung the phone on me without saying anything. Called again, he pick up and when asking to speak to a Mauritian again, he hung up on me twice and then he never pick up the call after calling 4 to 5 time more. but when calling from another number, he picks up and again hung when asking to a mauritian. He seemed angry and vexed!. Ill stop going to Panaroti Swan building until they have full mauritian at their reception desk and phone! please dont make these people take the phone.. they are not understanding our language and make the whole experience a nightmare.

Food was good but unfortunately the service was despicable. One of the girls was very rude and acted like she did not want to work. Not recommended 👎🏻

Cannot find a better tasting pizza than the Chicken Deluxe. However, service is a bit lacking as the food served is not piping hot as I'd expect when eating inside the restaurant. Some tables are old and unstable as well.

Overpriced lasagna, if it can be called lasagna in the first place... It was HORRIBLE. The vegetables were still soggy, the tomato base sour.. Not only was the wait time typically long even though it was dine it, calling prior for take away was also a hassle

I like that Panarottis subtittle is only pasta and pizza, which is truer than anything. They do a very decent pizza that everybody can enjoy, and their pasta seem nice. The price is fair, the products are fairly fresh (considering that it is more of a fast food than a classical restaurant). I really enjoyed my chicken mayonnaise pizza it was creamy as advertised. The greek salad was pretty basic but nice and fresh. There is table service, but checking is upfront at the desk. Which can be a very good thing if you're on a budget... Not the best date if you are over thirty...but teens and twenties might fine Panarottis to be the best deal. The most important thing is that the food does not taste bad. We've seen better pizzas, but they are already gone because they are not sustainable. We've seen pizzerias that are as franchised as Panarottis, but their products vary in quality...

Very disappointed Ordered a beef lasagna which was absolutely tasteless. No salt, no spices. Wasted my money. The carnivore monsterito pizza was not great.

The service was impeccable and the food was excellent. I recommend anyone visiting Port-Louis to try out their Pizzas.

The service deserves 0 stars Panarottis is a brand and today I was disappointed with the staff no chutney nor garlic in the table I had to go and look for everything The staff wasn’t welcoming at all I asked them a glass and even tho they had they didn’t give and the twists I ordered was without the sauce and when I asked they told me there is no sauce for twists,I am a regular customer of Qb panarottis i know how it works . Pls learn from Qb service and bagatelle service for god sake and if pl service is not improved then close the outlet of pl!!!!!

Had a bad experience twice at Grand Baie La Croisette Panarrotis!! Went there during peak hours ( 14pm ) to order and the cashier told me " we dont have change of 1000rs as I just change one..can you make payment by card" . I mean its peak hour and was during school holidays where Panarrotis was full that time and you don't have change!!! And its not like asking but forcing me to pay by card!! The supervisor at the counter was just looking at me and the other people at the counter were laughing!!! Simply wow customer service and I know you dont care that you lost one customer..but my review will matter!! Anyway ....as I told you its not the 1st time and I think it wont be last one!!!

My family and I like to go there but some ameliorations would really be appreciated like how cashiers talk/advice people and the a little less salt in the food 😅🙏 Quite a shame they no longer do delivery past Passerelle...

Sorry to say. I adore panarottis pizza but the service at port louis was really poor. A waitress came to verify our vaccination card and asked for our NID which I showed to her dutifully. I gave my order and went out to wait. After some time we got seated, another girl came asking for same in a rude manner. We explained we have already shown she responded rudely again. I did not react to her unprofessional attitude there as it would have affected other customers. The staff were also talking very loudly without any respect to customers using bad words.

The one who served was very lazy and savage, as if she don't want to served us, don't even listen to us and clean the table properly, me and my friend must left the table everytime to search for her for ketchup sauce and so on... She was a short skinny lady with bad manners!

I've been @ panarottis Port Louis today was very disappointed with the customer service...The staffs over there are so ill mannered,not even a smile on their face as if u are disturbing them when u order something...Took one family box,the pizza was not well prepared...It was not value for money @ all...Better to tell ur staffs to stay at home if they dn't want to work,there are many people who unemployed and are searching for a job.

It was much below my expectation. There was hardly any filling. The pizza crust was very thin as well. Not recommended

I really like Panarotti pizzas. However the last experience was quite an odd one. I ordered a veg pizza which was supposed to have mushroom but there were none and i was not informed beforehand. Upon asking about the missing ingredient, the personnel was blunt which was of no help. Customer friendliness is what was actually missing.
